Oven Roasted Chicken Bento
De-boned honey-tomato roasted chicken, served with sauteed zucchini over rice. Choice of teriyaki or sweet chili sauce(GF).

Phat Cart is such a great spot near Portland State University! The Orange Chicken was incredible - perfectly crispy, coated in a flavorful orange glaze, and topped with fresh orange slices that added a nice touch. I also got a Thai Iced Tea, which was super creamy, refreshing, and went perfectly with the meal. The staff were friendly, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Definitely one of the best places to grab a meal near PSU.

Everything on the menu is phenomenal including the cocktails. The setting is cozy and relaxed, perfect for a date or study session. Portions are very generous for the price, but I still ate every bite! 😋
