I ordered the Pad Thai with tofu and no egg. It had more sauce than I prefer, but I still enjoyed it. My partner ordered a jasmine rice bowl with Prik Khing Tofu and Gang Dang from the hot bar. There was also an eggplant basil item available.

Phaya Thai has become our all-time favorite restaurant! They have figured out how to deliver high quality and delicious meals every time, and so quickly! The flavors are complex and they have so many options. Their proteins are always tender and flavorful from their beef to their catfish and even tofu. I have celiac and Phaya Thai is sort of a holy grail - a safe restaurant I thought would only exist in my dreams. We'll keep making the trek from Vancouver week after week!

I have celiac disease and the food here is unbelievably good. Even pre diagnosis this would be one of my favorite Thai spots. We got food to go and brought some back to Seattle. How do you guys get those noodles for your pad see ew?! Are they homemade? Delicious
