Portion sizes were great and service was quick! The server we had was great. He had great customer service despite us coming in 30 min before they closed. The egg rolls were exceptional too! They were fresh and piping hot. Huge parking lot and huge restaurant. It was empty when I was there on a rainy Tuesday evening. The food was good, but I would’ve loved to have it be a little fresher tasting.

The food here was very amazing and the atmosphere was pretty great. However, after they served our food they never came back. We had to flag them down at the end of our meal to get a check. I will definitely go again due to the food being amazing!

This is hands down the best Pho in Portland! I have been eating here for 15 years. I travel all over and everytime I eat Pho somewhere else, I am disappointed because Pho Kim has set my standards so high.

This place is awesome! Got a Bahn mi and a Thai ice tea for lunch here and absolutely loved it. Very tasty spot.

Local institution. I got the lemongrass pork plate with +egg and vermicelli bowl as well as the fish sauce wings. Friendly quick service. Lots of booths and table seating. Private free parking lot in the rear of the building.
