This pho spot was okay. The restaurant was clean, and the food overall was decent. We ordered pho and egg rolls—both were good, though the meat in the pho was a bit on the dry side, and the egg rolls were slightly overcooked. The broth had good flavor, and the service was friendly, making for a pleasant experience. They have limited parking on the back of the restaurant.

Springroll/veggie and eggrolls were fresh and yummy. Pho was good too, i think it can use a bit of fish sauce, no fish sauce on table. Parking was hard to find, had to park on neighbors/public street then walk to the place. Service was ok.

Pho here was solid (for Portland area pho). Rice dishes were good. Service was great. It's on the way to Costco, so I if I were going to be in the area and craving Vietnamese food, I would come back.
