Went there for a birthday party, they served our order for 4 separate times while serving tables that arrived 2-3 parties after us, we were only a 6 top. Leftovers went in the bin, food didn't taste right the next day.

I was really disappointed with my visit here. The pho looked okay at first, but I ended up finding a fruit fly floating in my soup. The chicken also tasted old and had a strange texture, like it wasn’t fresh. The waitress was rude to my family and seemed irritated when we asked simple questions about the menu, so I didn’t even feel comfortable bringing up the issue with the fly. Overall, it was not a good experience.

This place has really gone downhill. It used to be my absolute favorite pho spot years ago when I lived in Portland, so I was excited to come back while visiting family — but the experience was incredibly disappointing.
The server (who I believe was the manager or possibly the owner) was rude to my family, got their order wrong, and then refused to take the food back. Instead, she insisted we pay more because she claimed that’s what was ordered — and said it would be another $6 if we wanted to change it to what we originally asked for.
On top of that, the food quality was terrible. The rice tasted old and stale, and the chicken in the pho had a strange smell and off taste. It’s definitely not the same place it used to be — overpriced, poor service, and a far cry from the amazing meals I used to have here.
It must have changed ownership, because this was honestly below disappointing. Too many other pho options in town to choose from.

The pho was average at best. The broth was not too flavorful. It was lacking more depth of flavor.
The house chili sauce has too much 5 spice in it.
I give it a meh

I order number 33 on the menu to go and whe i was getting 4 spicy sauce and 1 soy an employee came up and told me I was taking too much sauce for one meal! Paying $21.50 for chowmein should let me get the sauces I want to make it taste the way I like it. Total insult in my opinion! I will never go back. Their sauce is more precious than a customer apparently. I also want to add that i have been eating there for 3 years with my grandparents with no hassle but now that they moved away I get it to go. And then get harassed for using the sauce that I have always used while dining in.

No frill, simply good pho soups. Five color beans is a nice and tasty desert after a good meal.

When people tell you, this is some of the best Vietnamese food in Oregon, they're not lying. My problem with it, though, what is that they need to pay more attention when you place your order. When someone says they don't want peanuts and onions, it's a really big deal.
I will have a hard time returning knowing that they're not paying enough attention for their client's safety. I wasnt able to enjoy my lunch the other day.

We visited Pho Oregon and tried the Pho #1 and #31 (Mi Bo Kho – Beef Stewed with Egg Noodles), and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The pho broth was rich, flavorful, and incredibly fresh—definitely one of the best bowls of pho I’ve had.
The Mi Bo Kho was equally satisfying, with tender beef and perfectly cooked egg noodles in a deeply savory stew. Every bite was warm, comforting, and full of flavor.
On top of the great food, the customer service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit.
If you’re in the area and craving authentic, well-executed Vietnamese food, Pho Oregon is a must-try. Highly recommend!

The OG pho place in Oregon! Every time I come here it's always packed, and for good reason. Traditional recipe, been around for years, and quick service.
