First time at Piattino and it did not disappoint. We went to celebrate my grandson's promotion. We made the reservation on OpenTable. We had a nice cozy table for 6. Everyone had something different and everyone loved their choice. I had the cioppino, full of seafood and just the right amount of spice. We shared a wonderful tiramisu for dessert.

10/10 would come here again! My husband and I visited PDX on our honeymoon and stumbled along this restaurant. Our server, Pickles, was INCREDIBLE! They offered us tailored recommendations for wine and food, conversed with us and made us feel so comfortable!! The cocktails and food were delicious (we highly recommend the polenta, lamb paperdelle, the manzo manicotti, and the creme brûlée). The vibes here were so beautiful and it felt so cozy and inviting.

I had dinner here on July 6th when I was into a “hit & run” car accident. I talked to staff on that day about getting a video footage and they took my information. Since then I’ve called them on July 7, 9, 10, 15, 16 and every time staff takes my info to pass to manager but no one called me back. It’s so sad that they can’t help with this situation. What is more sad is that last time I called and asked what is the best time for me to show up with this matter, they said “keep calling us and maybe you’ll catch a manager one day”. I know this is not a food review but still imho customer service includes addressing the inquiries of the customers. I hope they can note this and bring to the attention of manager/s.
