Really really expensive for a little biscuit, lettuce, bacon and piece fried chicken.... They forgot to add the tomatoes for both of our orders.

Waited 30 minutes for our food. People after us got their food first. Pulled a piece of plastic out of my mouth after a couple bites. Pretty disappointing when people rave about this restaurant.

I ordered hash call Ma eggs and sausage to go and then they wanted to charge me $0.50 for a fork to be able to eat it after charging me $19.50 for the meal

Really great service. The food was really great. We tried the Reggie and the Reggie deluxe. Both taste really good. We tried one with sausage gravy and the other with the mushroom gravy, both were good but the mushroom gravy was the best.

We legit came here 2 days in a row!

Service really ruined the experience for us over all. Food was okay, nothing spectacular. But we would never come back. We had a group of 7 and know that going out takes patience for a larger group.

Staff seemed annoyed once we came in. We paid on one tab. 3 orders came out incorrectly and nothing was fixed we had to go back to the front to re-order and pay for the changes we had originally requested but they had done incorrectly. over all the staffs rude behavior and none accommodating demeanor made our visit unpleasant.

Ordered the reggie veggie and a biscuit with pimento spread - loved them both. Biscuits are fluffy and buttery, the fake meat and mushroom gravy were very tasty. Love their house-made hot sauce.

Busy on a Sunday morning but still was able to order and be served within 20-30 minutes. I consider that amazing timing for portland on a Sunday morning. Food was delicious, coffee was amazing, atmosphere was great!

I don't leave negative reviews lightly. But a few days later and I'm still thinking about my poor experience. Restaurants have bad days, but my experience is about how the restaurant is operated.

This is counter service. You bus your own tables. You get and refill your own water. And yet when you pay, the screen prompts 20, 22, or 25% tip. Sure there's a custom tip button below but management had decided that instead of paying staff a living wage and building that cost into their prices, they're going to program their POS with table service tip structures.

But you may not care about that so here's my experience with the food. Very well seasoned mediocre food. Kudos to the kitchen team for making commodity chicken taste good. The texture was dry, dense and because it's in a saucy sandwich, not crispy. The biscuit is fine (that style is not my favorite but no complaints), but crumbles before you can even pick it up... So why focus on sandwiches if that's your style of biscuit.

And that cinnamon roll was dreadful. Dry and dense, with the attempt to save it by smothering it with bourbon syrup... It wasn't saved. Seriously, even a costco cinnamon roll is a better use of calories. This was Walmart cinnamon roll level.

And since I mentioned that you bus your own tables, wait till you try and squeeze your dishes into the small space holding the bus tub. At least make it easy for us to clean your restaurant for you.

Like I said, you won't find a review like this anywhere in my history. Had the tip suggestion been appropriate and the prices a little less then I wouldn't have given it a second thought, but there are far more delicious, ethically run breakfast spots in this amazing city.

I had a Very bad experience here. They need to train more on dietary restrictions and need to care more for their customers.
