Everytime in order from this location something is always wrong and the staff act as if I’m asking for too much for the issue to be corrected. I placed an order through the app to pay in cash the minute the order was supposed to be here I got notification that a 3rd party all of a sudden would be delivering my order. I go to meet him and pay for my food the total is 26.99 I gave him $40 and he says he doesn’t have change they don’t pay him for the order so I have to pay him. I said I’m paying you but I need my change he continued to argue with me about how he isn’t giving me change cause he doesn’t have it. I said ok well give me my money back and take the pizza back. I called Pizza Hut back got the customer service line she tried to contact the store only for the store not to answer like they never do. I’m very disappointed in the way customer service has just gone down hill. I will not be going to this location again and I’m strongly considering leaving Pizza Hut alone altogether

Absolutely horrible service. Zaria is the manager and she should be fired?
She is horrible at customer service.
I ordered a carryout. They made a mistake on my Pizza.
So I said I would return it to the store and for my inconvenience i asked if they could give me a large pizza with three toppings.Rather than two, the girl said yes.So I decided to drive back to return for that pizza.Rather than getting the correct pizza another day. I got there and they did not honor my request as I was told. The manager said the employee that said she would honor my request did not know that she couldn't do that, so they were not going to honor the large pizza three topping.I said, well, that's the only reason I came back out of my way and wasted my gas for the inconvenience was to have the large three topping.Otherwise I wouldn't have came back that day. The manager basically said, well, we're not going to honor it.Here's your two topping pizza that you were supposed to get and threw it on the counter right at me. Ask for a name and the corporate phone number which she was not willing to give me.She said look it up yourself. I work in customer service as well.And this is no way to treat a customer for something that was no fault of their own.She should be terminated and fired.Immediately

Highly would not recommend this Pizza Hut. I ordered a pizza for delivery, when I got the pizza it only had 7 SLICES!! Tried to get a refund and the store manager Nelson refused to give me a refund and sent me thru the corporate ladder. Still waiting to get a refund. Don’t order from this Pizza Hut. Check your food before paying!!

They mess up orders and won't remake them even if it the pizza does not match the printed ticket. I'm pretty awkward and also wanted to be patient as I know they're busy then I re-requested they remake it after giving up and gave up again when they said no. I'd rather just get over it and eat what I got than be rude or argue and get my food spit in lmao.

I ordered some pizza and breadsticks that cost nearly $60. One pizza was completely incorrect. I called Pizza Hut and they were supposed to send another one out to me to replace the one that got wrong and instead I get a text that says that I owe my Dasher twice the amount of what the first pizza cost me that they got wrong. I called the number under Pizza Hut at this location and I get told well if the Dasher comes and they try to charge you cash just call us back and we'll let them know that you don't owe anything. The Dasher tried to call me I tried calling back Pizza Hut and then a Pizza Hut I was told that it's not something done through Pizza Hut that they need to contact doordash support or contact the delivery company there through to get verification that it's at no cost to me and then not only did they drive off with the pizza but they said that it was delivered

Do not order here. Similar story to other reviews... Ordered online for delivery and received confirmation email. I called the location about 45min after stated delivery time to see what was going on. Call went directly to what must be a Pizza Hut call center. Told me to call the local number again. Never got a hold of the location. Never received the order. $$ down the drain with no explanation.

Will be reporting this location to the Better Business Bureau.

Kept calling for 2 hours to change my time of pick up because I was getting off work late and I wanted my stuff to be fresh, the only people that pickup up were off-site in another state and couldn't help me at all, they told me to keep calling until the store pickup up...come to find out they never were because they keep the phone off the hook day and night shift. The food didn't taste as fresh my bone on wings were hard and overcooked with very little sauce... for what I paid this is crazy work

I’d give the food a five if when I received it, it was correct. Last night I had placed an order once it got to a half hour past when it should’ve arrived and the tracker said it should’ve been on the way I called to check on it then I was told they’re going to remake the order have it sent out again and it would be another half hour making it an hour past it said they were waiting on it then it was assigned to a new person I checked on it again she said I’m sorry for how long it’s taking they have the order and should be on their way if they’re not there in a half hour call again but they’d send cinnamon rolls with because it was so far past I said that we should get credited as well as sending it out due to the fact it’s been well over an hour since we should’ve got it our kids fell asleep and I’ll have to try and wake them to eat this is unacceptable she agrees then cancels my order I call to check on it they said she canceled it but will reorder it and send it out two hours past when it was supposed to arrive and it came wrong I call today to talk to a manager and the person answering asked what’s the problem I said I would like to talk to a manager she said well I’m who’s here I just wanted to clarify it was a manager given it sounded like she already had an issue I say I’ll just call back tomorrow because she sounded already irritated with me wanting a manager and I would like welcoming service after a disaster of a night of service I just had. Aside from the customer service and poor delivery service I do like their food and reward service they have on their website you just really need better customer care than what’s provided.

My experience is horrible my
order went wrong that I ordered online and there supposed to be manager Brianna would not help out and get me the right order she had a bad attitude instead of just doing what she should have did take this cheese pizza back and bring me a pepperoni like I wanted she just had a really bad attitude and hung up on me
