I ordered 16 pizzas for a school event. The pizzas arrived and I received the correct amount of pizzas in total but the toppings were all wrong. In addition to this, one of my students found a finger nail on her slice. I called after my event was over and spoke to manager Nelson. He was extremely rude, claiming I was lying about both the order being wrong and the finger nail situation. I was kind when speaking with him as I have worked many customer service jobs and I understand this things may (or may not) have been out of his control. Again, he interrupted me multiple times on this call and was adamant that I was lying when I voiced concern over my elementary school students and their safety. I ended up just hanging up because he was so rude. You’d think after spending over $300 at this store I would be treated with kindness and respect. Won’t be ordering here again.

This place is awful for so many reasons, but today I'm going to highlight their lack of accessibility for disabled people and apparent flippant attitude towards those with mobility issues. I came to pickup a pizza and somebody was parked in their only disabled spot with no license plates and no sticker. I had to park much further away. When I explained the issue to the people working here they said "we have no disabled spot anymore" it is clearly marked as a disabled spot. The employees are probably the ones parked there. I feel gaslit by their employees.

I ordered a medium build your own pizza with sausage pepperoni and mushrooms. I paid $2.30 for seven tiny slices of mushrooms. What a rip off!

I had such a delightful experience at Pizza Hut today, and it's all thanks to Tiffany! Her warm and lovely voice made my ordering process so enjoyable. It was even more special to find out that her name is Tiffany, just like my mom's! It added a personal touch to the interaction.Tiffany made the entire experience fun and smooth. She was patient, friendly, and truly a pleasure to speak with. I'm now eagerly looking forward to my meal, knowing that it was ordered with the kind assistance of Tiffany. Thank you, Pizza Hut, for having such wonderful staff members like her who go the extra mile to make customers feel special.

Came here at 11 am today , took 20 minutes to place my order.The manager Nelson was not ready to begin his shift and rather than own it he choose to be rude to me.When I questioned how long it was taking to put my order in he rudely said “ You have other options you can exercise “You would think with him being the manager and them already have a 3.2 rating he would have a better attitude , but I’m assuming he is the reason for the low rating .Def some little man issues going on here . Never again !!!

The new manager/management at Pizza Hut on MLK is great. The store is clean, friendly service, and did I mention… the store is clean. Happy Customer. I personally still love Pizza Hut - I’ve been eating it since a kid. I use to read books to get a free personal pizza when I was little :)
