The service inside the building itself needs work. Wait times are excessive even for people carrying out. I've had to wait every single time for at least 10 minutes (usually 15-20mins) for various reason when I've chosen carryout at this location, the main reason usually being no one being up front at the register consistently to help even though the lobby gets packed quickly. I do not show up or enter the building until at least the time the app says my food should be ready to try and prevent waiting excessively (key word excessively - I understand waiting a little bit is inevitable). Tonight, I waited 15 minutes while the workers failed to put in someone else's order twice, left a lobby packed of people alone with no one at the register to help more than once, and once I finally got home with my carryout, realized the breadsticks have nothing on them at all. They are completely dry and plain. Really disappointing. The pizzas are also cut poor/uneven. This is not the first time it's happened, which is the only reason I'm mentioning. Not sure if they need more people or better training, but they need something. Delivery from this location has been great 9/10 times, so it's definitely something to do with service in the building itself.

Apparently they dont take legal currency since they don’t seem to want to take any bills larger then a 20 since doing basic math is to hard. Even more when I had placed a large order near 100 dollars. When I tried to talk to the employee he said they do what they want since they are in charge. I left them there food there considering it’s to hard to count money.

The service here is abysmal. Getting a live person on the phone is almost impossible. It is also incredibly difficult to cancel orders that are set for a later time. You have to wait until you’re within six hours of your order window before they can cancel it for you. I have gotten delivery from here a few times, and the food was good and arrived in a reasonable timeframe.

The customer service lady was friendly and patient while I navigated the app and offered her help. The food cane out hot and perfectly chersy and crispy. So delicious and friendly. I most certainly will be eating here regularly for that lunch shift.
Parking: It was filled with many options to park right in front of the store.
Ordered 2 pizzas and the garlic cheese bread. Both of the pizzas were seriously lacking in sauce and cheese, one of the main aspects of a pizza. Got home and realized they gave us a bacon bread instead of garlic. I'm vegetarian so I couldn't even eat it, luckily my husband ate it. Just disappointed. Will not be going back to this location again.

Terrible pizza ..was way underdone, pizza toppings way overdone and bread sticks tasted old like they'd been sitting for awhile before delivery. Received no marinara for bread sticks. Tipped driver even tho it took awhile to get my food and it was crappy. Probably won't be going back here again.

I walked in and asked about my order and discovered that the Pizza Hut dispatch center had sent my order to the wrong location. I was in a hurry and upset to hear this but thanks to the help of Brandi(an employee at this location) and her wonderful team I was able to get my pizza quickly enough to not get yelled at by my parents. ???

Worst pizza I have ever had took two hours to be delivered and my melt was cold in side no melted cheese . I will not be able to eat at Pizza Hut again for a long time n never this pizza hut

Dont order soda if youre getting delivery! They will take your money, forget to bring it, and then ignore you when you reach out for a refund. You owe me $5. You are literal thieves. I dont know if this is intentional theft or just gross incompetence. Which is worse?
