No real explanation just you ordered a med Hawaiian pizza. And it's 43.00. I just called Papa John's 22.00 For pizza and I even got a salad and pop too for 32.00 total. The lady at pizza hut was condescending. Pizza hut has lost our business. I think someone's OVER double dipping. Shame on you. looked it up online 18.99 for a LARGE. Be careful with Pizza huts outrageous spikes in prices. We cancelled that order and will now use Papa John's. Great pizza and prices don't spike. 43.00 for a med pizza and NOTHING else. No pop no salads nothing . Papa John's was 32.00 and had salad too. K

Pizza Hit has always been one of my favorites and this is my go to location. Although the taste never fails, they’re lacking consistency. Sometimes my pizza is full of toppings, then next it isn’t. I order the same specialty or 5-topping every time. Service is always good and they are very fast, but it shouldn’t be that hard to cut/make pizza if your specialty is pizza.

The Manager is rude . She was rude to the delivery driver and my friend waited 10 minutes because she was laughing in the back . Seriously weird.
Efficiency = poor. Two item order. One order got cold whole the second was forgot about then "remade". Someone with real management skills needs to whip this team into shape.

The service inside the building itself needs work. Wait times are excessive even for people carrying out. I've had to wait every single time for at least 10 minutes (usually 15-20mins) for various reason when I've chosen carryout at this location, the main reason usually being no one being up front at the register consistently to help even though the lobby gets packed quickly. I do not show up or enter the building until at least the time the app says my food should be ready to try and prevent waiting excessively (key word excessively - I understand waiting a little bit is inevitable). Tonight, I waited 15 minutes while the workers failed to put in someone else's order twice, left a lobby packed of people alone with no one at the register to help more than once, and once I finally got home with my carryout, realized the breadsticks have nothing on them at all. They are completely dry and plain. Really disappointing. The pizzas are also cut poor/uneven. This is not the first time it's happened, which is the only reason I'm mentioning. Not sure if they need more people or better training, but they need something. Delivery from this location has been great 9/10 times, so it's definitely something to do with service in the building itself.

Apparently they dont take legal currency since they don’t seem to want to take any bills larger then a 20 since doing basic math is to hard. Even more when I had placed a large order near 100 dollars. When I tried to talk to the employee he said they do what they want since they are in charge. I left them there food there considering it’s to hard to count money.

The service here is abysmal. Getting a live person on the phone is almost impossible. It is also incredibly difficult to cancel orders that are set for a later time. You have to wait until you’re within six hours of your order window before they can cancel it for you. I have gotten delivery from here a few times, and the food was good and arrived in a reasonable timeframe.

The customer service lady was friendly and patient while I navigated the app and offered her help. The food cane out hot and perfectly chersy and crispy. So delicious and friendly. I most certainly will be eating here regularly for that lunch shift.
Parking: It was filled with many options to park right in front of the store.
