I would absolutely not order from this place. They do not take health very seriously at all. They’re having their delivery drivers drive around with partners and dogs in the car to deliver pizza which is disgusting because there’s dog hair on our pizza that we ordered and now we have to throw it all away and fight with them about a refund.

Pizza Hut has been the establishment of choice for my family since I can remember, but the location on 181st Ave in Gresham, Oregon will now be the establishment that I choose to avoid because of the rude customer service by the manager.When I arrived at the location to pick up my large pepperoni pizza, I asked the cashier if I could open the box to confirm that it was my order - instinct my parents taught me that paid off today. To my surprise, it looked like they piecemealed eight different slices into a whole pizza because one slice, in particular, had a significant gap between the other slices - there were also minor gaps between other slices. This was the first time I had seen a whole order of pizza like this, so I immediately wondered if anyone tampered with the food.At this point, the cashier got the manager involved, to whom I explained the situation, and asked if they usually cut the pizza all the way through because one piece stood out. The manager immediately grabbed and violently shook the box to the point where every slice moved around as if she were mixing a bowl of salad, rudely saying that they cut the pizza - treating it as if this was the first time I ever had pizza.Not wanting to deal with the situation anymore, I grabbed my pizza and left the building, as I was about to get into my car parked in front of the building, I could hear her ask the cashier, "Is he for real?" Having no shame, I immediately replied, "Yes, I am for real" because just like any average person, I want to know that my food has not been tampered with.When I got home, I called the store back, hoping to speak with someone about the order to confirm if they cut the pizza the whole way through, one of the team members kindly informed me of the situation and that he would also wonder about the same. This team member also confirmed that it was the manager that I dealt with at the front door.I will admit, I was and honestly, still thrown off about the "presentation" of the pizza but once it was kindly explained to me, I was more at ease but the fact that the manager violently shook my order and treated me like an uneducated individual is unacceptable. I hope she receives the proper training on how to address situations in the future.

Unhygienic practices and unprofessional service are unacceptable. Will not be returning." Also per the employee Brandon's response, he told me the claim was outrageous and to speak with a manager I originally told him it's ridiculous to say it was outrageous, it's not as if I haven't ordered plenty other times from this same pizza hut. Anyways I will be calling Brandy the manager since I cant seem to get one when speaking with Brandon.

We ordered pizza delivery through this location. Went to eat it and there was a super long pubic hair on the pizza. I looked over the pizza and found 3 more. Like they were purposely put there. We called and spoke to Brandon, he said it was an outrageous claim and basically tried blaming us. I asked for the manager and he said Brandy told him to have us call in at a later date. So disgusting. I of course didn't eat the pizza after seeing the hair on it.

last night 1 hour late and sent the wrong pizza asked for a replacement they wanted us to return the wrong one, kids had already started eating it. Normally you would get a free pizza if they messed up but not this place apparently.

My roommate coerced me into ordering from here and volunteered to pick it up. Regardless, she seemed to like hers but my pepperoni pan pizza was lacking in the cheese department. I don’t expect to see gobs of cheese but let me tell you, I at least expect full and even coverage, even if thin. I do not expect but received gaps of cheese where a fair amount of sauce seeped through. It looked sloppy, unappealing, and judging by the other reviews, this sort of negligence is not uncommon. Pizza Hut is out.

So much better then the dominis on Halsey! Super friendly staff and quick serve even though they are beyond busy.
Imagine you just worked 18 hours and your tired, so you pull your phone out and order a large super supreme with stuffed crust add a little extra cheese, bam it's coming. You pay for all the extras and give the driver a tip on the app so he don't feel left out and it arrives. You open the box and there it is a soggy thin crust supreme, kinda hot no receipt, no extra cheese, no stuffed crust, no super just the worst pizza you've seen in a minute and guess what you just paid for this. This is my experience 1/7/24 around 11pm now I'm angry, hungry and tired. It's to late to order from somewhere else, pizza hut is already closed and I gotta be at work at six what a dilemma. Worst experience ever and to top it all off management and the corporate definitely know this is happening not just to me and it still happens.

It takes exactly 3 things to make a pizza: dough, sauce and topping. This Pizza Hut couldn't manage to keep that straight. The pizza had no sauce, which is pretty important, don't you think? The receipt for the order that was "checked for quality & accuracy" very clearly states their shorthand for Classic Marinara Sauce on both halves of the pizza. I didn't get what I paid for. Why does this not surprise me when the female at the counter failed to greet me or even acknowledge my presence for an uncomfortable amount of time while she stared at her screen. Customers and making pizza are, apparently, just an inconvenience to their day. Maybe find a new line of work? Pizza Hut should pull this location's franchise. I've never seen anything like it.
