Tried to order delivery don’t do it. Worthless. They use a 3rd party to deliver what’s the point. They are so terrible and gave me a hard time when they were 2 hours late to deliver and than never called me. I asked for a refund. Don’t do delivery just do take out.

If I could put no stars I would . The pizza was nasty cold super greasy and on top of that they brought me the wrong kind of pizza . You couldn't even get that right

The food is usually fine. My gripe is with their switch to sending out orders by doordash, I don't like or trust gig work food delivery.
I tried to send them feedback online about this but their website wouldn't process it, it just kept saying there was an error.
Now I'm feeling encouraged to use a competitor that uses it's own employees to deliver.
Ordered the Beef Brisket Pizza using the Pizza Hut app. I seen the advertised photo and decided to order, ad look perfect, didn’t want to change anything. So I click the Beef Brisket Pizza, what I got was not what I ordered and they left my soda, second time this happened from here. I was asked to call the store, the lady who answered blamed me and said I would need to pay for another pizza to be delivered. Which was not what the driver told me when he came to re-deliver the missing 2-Liter. I then attempt to order the beef brisket and I noticed the ONLY thing that is highlighted is beef. I called back and again and the person there was beyond rude and continued to blame me instead of acknowledging the app error which I was able to re create on my phone and computer. The way they treat customers for their mistakes is unacceptable and I will NEVER order from here again! In St. John’s EVERYONE out pizza’s the hut!

I’ve always enjoyed the food from these guys. To me it’s a treat just to have someone hand you hot food. I think the people that work there are great and I plan to keep eating their tasty pizza ? pretty good deals too
They screwed up my pizza then told me they would give me store credit for it. When I went to redeem the credit they denied it ever existed. Skip this corporate trash and just go to one of the many other awesome pizza spots in St. John’s.
