I love their cheese bread and pan crust pizza, a Pizza Hut classic. It was delivered within the estimated time frame and was hot and freshly made. I would have liked more of the toppings, that's the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars.

Not a huge fan of the hut, but it was perfect last night. After a long day of sweating and running around the kitchen I finally got home. A bit too late, my girlfriend and I aggressively agreed that pizza was our only option. The thought of dishes and all the efforts put forth to cook something at that time seemed wild and stupid, I would dare say childish. The service from the hut employees was fast, efficient and effective. Thanks hut pizza artists on Lombard you truly made my Friday night!. Our driver, I didnât catch his name our dogs were barking hysterically but he did a fantastic job at transporting our Zaâs. Also was very friendly and easy to talk to. Needless to say after enjoying our pizza meal we crashed right out for the evening watching Netflix with all the animals. Pizza Hut, you did very well for yourself, at least the north Lombard location. We even had some leftover for a late brunch snack on the rainy day afternoon.

The evening manager Jason kept hanging up on us, poor customer service, and was very rude. I called three different times in regards of my order. Was very difficult to get through to talk to anyone. It's either under cooked or burnt doesn't look like picture, and wings not fully sauced. I only experienced this in the evening shift. For now on only going to order in the day time.. My mom orders the kids pizza at least 2-3 times a month there.

Tried to order delivery donât do it. Worthless. They use a 3rd party to deliver whatâs the point. They are so terrible and gave me a hard time when they were 2 hours late to deliver and than never called me. I asked for a refund. Donât do delivery just do take out.
If I could put no stars I would . The pizza was nasty cold super greasy and on top of that they brought me the wrong kind of pizza . You couldn't even get that right

The food is usually fine. My gripe is with their switch to sending out orders by doordash, I don't like or trust gig work food delivery.
I tried to send them feedback online about this but their website wouldn't process it, it just kept saying there was an error.
Now I'm feeling encouraged to use a competitor that uses it's own employees to deliver.
