I requested a combination pizza no meat because I do not eat any pork they put all the meat I also requested ranch and marinara sauce they stated they would put some in the box they do not the door delivery driver stated they would be in the top box it was not I called to replace my order they replaced it within 40 minutes they said they would have the sauces with this order they did not I went in the next day with everything they brought to me to get a refund because I was very dissatisfied with the service the pizza was very dry and the marinara sauce was not anywhere to even make up for this and again I requested it two times it takes me 2 1/2 hours to make the money I pay for the pizza with I expect to get what I want because I paid for it and I worked hard for my money and I want my money back poor service.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. I say this because every time I order pizza I ask for extra sauce, and every time I get the pizza there’s barely any sauce. At this point I’ll pay for the extra sauce, but more likely than that I’ll just go somewhere else.

Ordered online for pickup and chose to pay in person with my card. I pressed the wrong button and couldn’t go back, so I had to click cancel. The machine printed out the receipt for the cancellation of transaction, so I assumed that I wasn’t charged. I decided to just pay cash to make it more simple and left with my food.
A few days later, I saw that the card payment STILL processed somehow, despite the screen telling me transaction was cancelled. The employee also didn’t say anything or give me the receipt for the cancellation, so I just disputed it with my bank.
Anyways, just be vary of business practices, because I’ve certainly never had this happen before.

there's never anybody at the counter and have to wait 10+ minutes for the manager, he's usually outside smoking weed or nowhere to be found. Attempted to call in a couple times but was immediately hung up on. Food is fine, it's fast food.

Didn't get my entire delivery was told to call the store and that I would get some type of discount or something going forward called the manager at the store he offered nothing but an apology still didn't get my item more than a half hour later despite being literally around the corner from the store called again and again nothing to make up for the mistake

We use them because they are close. We literally drive an extra 20 minutes to go somewhere else. They never get the order correct. When calling they put you on hold and never come back. There's one guy that's alright, but the rest are horrible. We've just order less pizza now.

Management is horrible to my cousin that used to works here …. They have accused him of stuff as well as management has been guilty of doing illegal shit but gets away with it bc he’s best friends with the lady that runs different stores do not recommend they treat there staff horrible

This location needs to retrain staff badly. I placed my order through the app like normal, waited an hour and never received my pizza. I thought okay they may be a bit behind or super busy, so I called to confirm.

Every time I called they either said no and put me on hold or just put me on hold without a word. I called 6 times in 20 minutes with the same outcome.

I'd rather give my business to another pizza joint that values customers.
