I was surprised that the only menus available were all in Spanish. Zero menus available in English and when I asked was told to go online and view menu. Just disappointed with this situation. Pizza is pizza- nothing special or surprising about standard pizza hut pizza. Cashier guy was pleasant- no issues with him or the service. Thanks

Ordered a buy one get one deal thru ubereats. Wait time was crazy but what was really insulting is that the pizzas were raw.
Like gooey dough in the paper white crust, unmelted cheese... The raw dough stuck to the bottom of the box for God's sake. It was seriously the worst pizza I've ever had or seen and my standards are not high. I'll eat stale day old pizza with a smile on my face. But it has to be cooked!
I'm sorry but every time I think about it it pisses me off more. Did I do something to the person who made my pizza? Did I hurt or offend them somehow? I don't think I deserve this treatment. My enemies don't deserve the pizza I got.

So tired of automated phone answering for one. It’s highly disrespectful to customers to have to sift through a bunch of repeated options just to speak to a human. Secondly the prices have become waaay too expensive for what you get. Thirdly I asked for and paid for extra pineapple, but received none whatsoever. Lastly the little boy who finally answered wanted to argue rather than satisfy his customer who will now stop ordering from PizzaHut altogether. Great business strategy guys! Well done, you lost another long time customer. There are plenty of pizza joints out there who respect their customers and don’t rip them off.

Not sure what it is, but every time I've ordered the custom pizza, the pizza doesn't look the same at all. The last time I ordered, they delivered the checkered pizza, and I didn't order in that style. I always get the pie shapes. This time, they hardly put any of my toppings on. Is there someone new working? It's pretty much just the sauces. This is not a normal/regular serving of toppings for pizza. It's non existent. Not worth $35. Are all of your employees high, and don't know how to properly make a pizza?

It is impossible to get in touch with the store if you want to make a order change, Pizza hut has a terrible phone system, it takes u to the customer service and they can not transfer you to the local store. I called 5 times and still no contact with the local pizza store
