So this experience was on November 9th around 630pm...Ordered a supreme with garlic sauce, they said on the app it would be there at 7:27 pm...come 7:45 I call them they said that the "door dash" guy must have stolen my pizza!!! DoorDash!! Since when does pizza hut have door dash deliver??? Anyways they told me there was nothing they could do about it that I had to call customer service and talk with them...I was livid!! And hungry!! So I said screw it!! I ordered Dominos and got it in less than 20 minutes..then....then a door dash guy shows up with pizza hut pizza bread sticks and a pizza and said it's $31.98 I'm like what in the hell??!! I felt sorry for the guy so I paid for it...and the messed up thing is it wasn't even the pizza I ordered in the first place!! And it was cold and nasty!! So that was pretty much it for me NEVER to order from that specific pizza hut again!!!!

I never got my order from them twice and they are disrespectful and refuse to refund money. Door dash is a joke with these people. I don't know who she handed it to but wasn't me and they are refusing to make right even laughing at me zero stars

Wrong order only half delivery 1.5 rest of order came than next day they want pictures after ate and clean up didn't save garbage. Spend over 50 dollars for kids dinner and nobody was happy!
