Wrong order only half delivery 1.5 rest of order came than next day they want pictures after ate and clean up didn't save garbage. Spend over 50 dollars for kids dinner and nobody was happy!

The delivery charge was half the price of the pizza! This just isn't right!!!Parking: it's a very dangerous parking lot, with open drug use, guns being fired, fights, etc. !Wheelchair accessibility: There is none!

Terrible customer service. We have been a loyal customer for over a year to this location and within the last month or so we have placed orders online, and within 10 minutes an employee calls up to say the service we payed for online cannot be completed. Additionally our refund has never come back to us and customer support will not respond. We have lost out on between $80-$100 in food that never came and refunds that never happened.

Got the steak cheese melt. Really good, except for the ranch sauce. Should be garlic sauce. I was surprised and the cost was only $6.99.
How hard is it to check the order before it leaves. I'm sick of paying for sauces and they never show up... Worthless

Terrible its always TerribleThe pizza was black & burnt last time ordered. The only upside is the very nice delivery guy which I still tipped well being that I'm quit sure he didn't also cook. I tried to give benefit of doubt and call again. I sat on hold 18 almost 19 minutes before hanging up & calling back. To which manager actually answered and acted like he was totally aware I just sat on hold like that then asked "what can I do for you mam"? I said I like delivery. He then says that's not possible to b e system is down & there was no delivery drivers. So I simply hung up. But why the heck did you even ask, " what can I do for you.? I don't understandRidiculous

Very bad customer service. I ordered customized hawaiian pizza with only chicken, mushroom, diced tomato pineapple and bbq sauce. I receive pizza with chicken, meat, mushroom, green pepper, pineapple pizza, instead of diced tomato I got meat and peppers. I called the branch but the worker told me you still get meat bcoz it is Hawaiian pizza. I said I customized it I choose my toppings, he read my order, then I said right! Where is the diced tomato, why I got different toppings then he said you can complain to somebody!!!This is very sad to happen from Pizza Hut they used to be of the best.

** WARNING** the Mobil app is a bait and switch. First time ordering a “special” I clicked wrong item, the itemization didn’t list ANYWHERE the additional charges. Was told I “should’ve known” and they don’t need to tell what was creating extra charges. Terrible customer service. #baitandswitch
