One of our items was missing after our food was delivered through doordash. The store was not reachable tried calling and email and there was no way for me to leave a complaint or to get it fixed. Also so signage to say it was checked properly before it left. Also ended up with someone else's receipt from an hour before

While the people are usually friendly and the orders are pretty fast, the last few orders we have made have been incorrect. Toppings that we ordered have been missing from the pizza and we are receiving incorrect drinks.

I had an order from the call center that they messed up on, after talking with one of the Shift Leads, they were able to remake it and send it back out hot and fresh, I’ve seen some of the customers they’ve had and it’s downright horrible. There’s a small crew that you see almost everyday and the poor dears are just running around, thank you for all the help! Looking forward to order again!???

We love the Pan Pizza and Square Pan Pizza. Just the right amount of sauce and cooked perfectly. Not burnt and the sauce isn't runny. The staff at the 103rd and NE Halsey are great too as opposed to other locations I used to go to.

This is about the only Pizza Hut actually answers their phone. I just currently messed up online and you can’t change it after you continue your order and the man was able to answer right away and I got it fixed within a minute of me posting the wrong order. Fantastic Communication and I would recommend to anybody!!????
