This is about the only Pizza Hut actually answers their phone. I just currently messed up online and you can’t change it after you continue your order and the man was able to answer right away and I got it fixed within a minute of me posting the wrong order. Fantastic Communication and I would recommend to anybody!!????

The short lady that was working on january 21st at 9pm at Halsey locationis very rude and unpleasant to talk to...she wouldn't even place our order she said cause they were closing early for the night but it was 8:47pm. I walked out and she has helped 7 other people so far now its 9:10pm and she just placed a black man's order at 9 11pmWow....B.S.

Pizza Hut used to be a good place. After this last order, we won't be making another. The quality has gone downhill as have the options to the point where it is no longer worth it to order Pizza Hut. To make matters worse, this specific one screwed up a pizza from the ground up, dough, sauce, and toppings. No more.

I wish I would have read reviews first.I have to agree with the majority of reviews .Awful pizza and bread sticks.Flavorless and dull.Even the dipping sauce didn’t help.Will be staying away from Pizza Hut for good.

Pizza was mostly over fluffed and over cooked crust. Additionally, the pan pizza i orderd had thinner crust of the pizza than the thin crust pizza I ordered alongside it.
