They OUTSOURCE their phone number to a call center. I can't even call the local Pizza Hut down the street that is late with my food. I have to talk to some dumb@$$ in another state that can't even tell if the pizza is in the oven or not.

Ordered pizza an hour and 20 mins ago, estimated delivery was 11 pm, pizza still isn't here. Not very happy.
