Great pizza! Got the pepperoni. The crust was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside with a great char. Very good sauce and the cheese and pepperoni were high quality. The owner is a nice guy and gave great customer service. I'll definitely be back to try the margherita!

I don't normally think it's fair to review a business you haven't had a chance to experience, but in this case I'm hoping this acts as constructive feedback to the business owner. I have tried to get my lips on this pizza four different times on four different days and the cart is never open. The pizza looks amazing and I'm sure the owner is great, but part of running a successful business is being reliable. At the very least update your hours of operation on social media and Google maps. It's 2024 and I shouldn't have to text someone to see if they're open that day. Because of this I will probably not bother to try again because it is quite frustrating to show up during open hours and the business is actually closed.
Edit: updating this review as the owner updated their hours which I appreciate. Once I have a chance to try the pizza I have no doubt this will be updated to five stars. I appreciate the owner offering a free meal, but I would rather pay as I know this is a small business.

My family has been walking over here for a delicious pizza at least 1x a week. It's consistently excellent and a family favorite. Really happy to have it tucked into the side of the 76 parking lot!
We text in advance and then start walking. Pick it up freshly made and have a slice on the way back home, too good to wait!

Pizza Rosalie makes a delicious pizza. They have limited hours that they do make pizza, but when they do make pizza -- it's really good. Definitely give them a shot if you are in the Hillsdale neighborhood of Portland. The ingredients were flavorful and fresh and the dough was fantastic.

For whatever reason the parking lot for this 76 gas station keeps turning out some of the best food carts in SW. First Tito’s and now Pizza Rosalie. The pesto pie in particular is a standout, but you can do no wrong. I think they have unseated Tastebud as my favorite pizza in the area!

I am blown away by this pizza. A coworker recommended it and this is by far one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I was initially skeptical about ordering something with so few toppings but this mushroom pizza is on another level. Really excited to try out the others! Highly recommend.

Amazing sauce, ingredients and the BEST crust. I normally don’t eat pizza crust much but the flavor and texture is so good I can’t help myself.

HIDDEN GEM!!
The owner is the only one working and he always so fantastic. Customer service, food, prices. So glad we decided to try this place. It’s now our go-to! Perfectly crispy and bready crust, just enough char and SO MUCH FLAVOR. Also love the text to order system he has going on. Makes thing SO DANG easy. Also a note - just because it’s not on his menu, doesn’t mean he doesn’t have it. Just ask!
