I am a pregnant young lady who was hungry and wanted a quick slice of pizza. I was the only customer in the store and the employee working on 9/24/24 at 1:15PM would not acknowledge me to take my order. I politely asked if she serves pizza by the slice to which she responded yes. I told her I would like a slice of pepperoni pizza and she replied I will only take your order once you get off the phone. I was so taken a back and asked her why which she would not respond. So I left. This was very poor customer service and I would not recommend this location.

Happened by the Forest Heights location today mid afternoon on my way back into Portland. I am happy that I did! I am a huge customer service fan, and the young (well a good amount younger than me) well deserves the 5-star rating. He was towards the back prepping, came up and greeted me as I came in and was getting my bearings, and he was kind and patient as I figured what I wanted.
Fast, courteous and all with a pleasant attitude and smile. I would venture to say he was very genuine.
The pizza and salad was very good... he was quite happy with his presentation, I agree it was spot on.
Anyway Pizzacato in Forest Heights, you got a keeper with the guy!!
If I am up that way again, I would for sure stop by again.

Website constantly has issues, will not let me complete payment (again). Pizza is mediocre at this price point. Suggest you look elsewhere for a quality meal (unless they reduce prices by 50%). Given the other quality delivery pizza joints, this one is just not worth it. Don't fall for their bogus descriptions...this is not an elevated pizza experience. Avoid.

Very bad attention from one of their employees, too rude to work with the public. It's unfortunate, because the place is very nice and the food is good, but I don't like paying to be mistreated.

Parking: Few parking spaces on the premises.

Much over stuffed with mozzarella cheese thicker than the crust. Half of the taste of this pizza was rubbery cheese. Not much taste of the tomato sauce. Crust is always uneven. This place does this problem too frequently.Even I asked for light on cheese they don’t follow. I ate one piece from the extra large pie.We have been ordering pizza every Friday. This time the last for Pizzicato. Very disappointing.

My go to pizza by the slice. Also love their portobello Panini and Cesar salad, or taking home the putanesca pie

Food is consistent, it’s fresh and tasty but it’s a bit expensive as mentioned. Salads, pizzas, mozzarella sticks are go to favorites. We Often opt for pickup for faster turnaround. Online ordering is easy. Reward program is a bonus. Friendly staff.

It is not a dine in place, just really outdoor seating. The pizza is wonderful and creative. Love this place.

Bit expensive. BUT, really tasty good food, both pizza and other items. We had a half-and-half (pulled pork and thai chichen), extra large pizza delivered. Both sides were good with reasonable amounts of ingredients. We also had classic Club Panini and meatball sandwiches with salads on the side. Both had rightly flavored and balanced taste. The club had a combination of crunchy bacon and avocado and other veges that really went well together. The side salads from the main salad menu were excellent - the Arugula Sweet Walnut (with blue cheese) and the greek (with feta cheese). Either would have been a good choice as a main meal! This place has been holding fort at this same rather remote location for a long time when there has been some turnover in stores, including Starbucks, an attestment to the quality and taste of the food.Highly recommended

Consistently great pizza and their monthly specials are amazing. The staff is friendly and good at their jobs.

The doc in stars is solely for a single meatball panini order that was like bare meatballs on burnt bread.Everything else, salads, pizzas, customer service are absolutely amazing. This is our go to pizza place! Just won't be ordering any paninis.

Just had the seasonal special of figs and ham from the NW Cornell location and it was terrible. It had little or no flavor, no sauce, little or no cheese. I almost chocked on the dryness. Beware!

Pizza was sub par. If you like wet soggy limp crust this pizza is for you
