I don't know why hours are listed like that. It's open 9pm-3am. Sometimes every night of the week, sometimes just Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. It sucks for patients staying in the hospital nextdoor; not just the loud, nightly noise of music and revelry and showing off how loud their cars are in the lot, but people smoking/vaping drifts over heavily.
