This place was awesome, nice bartenders and the food was spectacular. Loved the decor too!

I mean wow, so good. So incredibly good! I didn't realize that Plumb is the kitchen located inside of the bar (Deadshot). It was my first time experiencing something like this (maybe I need to get out more) and it was incredible. The food is made to order so patience is key but luckily theres an amazing bar with handcrafted cocktails to enjoy while you wait. We arrived right at 4pm on Saturday evening and were promptly greeted and seated. We opted for a seat right at the bar. I ordered a red wine and my husband ordered a Deadshot. Then we placed our food order. We ordered the cesar salad, grilled cabbage, burger and steak frites and everything was so incredibly good. Fresh, decadent, perfectly cooked and ever so tasty. Of the items we tried, the cabbage dish was our favorite. I've never had cabbage with bechamel, apples and hazelnuts. It was simply divine! Highly recommend checking this place out!

Killer spot. It's easy to tell the food is made with lots of love and great quality products and techniques. Chef Alex is really crushing it.

Wow, it seems like I've been looking for a place with this vibe my whole life! I came here for my birthday and something about this place seems so nostalgic. Love the ambiance! I'm glad I used my last night in Portland to drive out to eat here. Service was excellent, servers were super friendly. Really good salad, a delicious chocolate souffle with a unique presentation. The only thing is the truffle pasta had a weird taste to it almost like burnt plastic. Luckily I had other dishes to wash my palette that were superb. the waiter said that they change up the menu often so I'm not too worried about it.

Oh what I'd do to eat at a Parisian bistro but now I don't have to travel to Paris. We sit outside at Deadshot and open the menu on our phones using a QR code. A waitress takes our order. We get a couple cocktails as a nod to the bar, my cocktail includes mustard?! Wine maybe more suitable for the fare. We live in wine country after all. Frites are seasoned perfectly. Cheeseburger cooked medium rare, if not approaching rare, just the way I like it. Cocktail turns out to be a perfect choice that compliments the burger. My wife's pork chop is one of the best she's ever tasted, perfectly cooked. Dessert arrives and it's chocolate mousse served with a pinch of salt and some sort of citrus base. Heaven in my mouth. I'm a big fan of accessible, good food and Plumb is exactly that. I'll be back to try the steak and frites because I know the cook will be perfect. I may have very well just ate the best burger in all of Portland.

We are getting ready for Paris so I thought we should start getting in shape. So happy to have experienced this bar/restaurant. Sexy, dark place with people a lot sexier than me for sure. Everyone was super wonderful to us from Sabin our server to the bartender who went through hoops to bring us a special coffee to go with our amazing mousse for dessert. Started with a couple small plates of beet salad and cabbage salad. Wonderful. Then we split a pork chop and glad we did because it was all we could eat with the mashed potatoes. Tender is not the word. Had to be sous vide and then grill to finish as it was the best I've ever had. Just perfect. Don't be afraid to try the chop. We will be stopping by again for sure! My food pics were not worthy to represent though. :-(

Wow. I was invited to a dinner here (plumb menu, it's a pop up "inside" of deadshot) and I hadn't been to this little block/area before, so when I saw the menu only had a few items on it I was surprised at the choice but of course headed over to the dinner. I was completely floored by the delicious food. We had made a reservation technically but I don't think we needed one and sat outside (safer, nice and covered even in cruddy weather!). Cocktails are top notch and well crafted. But the food flavors. I'm vegan so I could barely even try much (but they were happy to let me know what could be modified) but the sides I had had such beautiful flavors and use of Persian/Turkish flavors like pomegranate, tahini etc. My colleagues got the variety of meat entrees to share and they absolutely loved them. I was impressed and even though I have only been to a few restaurants in Portland (I prefer to spend my cash drinking out rather than dining out) when a chef friend came to town I decided to bring him here. He also really loved the food even though it can be hard to impress a professional chef. Now it's kinda my go to spot, since I have realized it's on my way too and from a number of places, and also next to a brewery my partner loves. The food is top notch but it'll give off a more casual vibe so keep that in mind. I prefer it - don't love a stuffy fine place whatsoever! Win win win and keep up the great work and changing fresh menus, Plumb!

Warm day but cool options and Deadshot is a phenomenal bar that has some of the best drinks in town. Plumb took over the kitchen with new American flavors. Well executed and delicious with local flavors and ingredients.

I found this place by accident searching the meaning of a Swedish friend's name (plumb)..... when I learned there was a Plumb in Portland I had to go and this is now the best hidden gem I've been too. Each dish was fresh with amazing flavors and textures.

The food here is 10/10! Everyone is super friendly and accommodating. We went back two nights in a row because we loved it that much. We got the steak and frites, tar tar, and the toasted bread with blueberry Chile butter

Excellent late night, super cozy restaurant! We really loved the beef tartare and steak frites. Tons of great flavor both and perfect cook on the steak. The team is very friendly and accommodating too, especially for non drinkers, they make great dealer's choice non-alcoholic drinks.
