I got the vegan soyrizo burrito. Staff was incredibly friendly, love the environment at this food truck stop, also fast & well priced. Despite that I just can’t say it was a fantastic burrito. Perhaps California has spoiled me, but I’ve had many better burritos. But it wasn’t bad! For a cute place to eat not bad! Updated from previous review on 2024-04-14

The Spinach Mushroom Epazote Burrito is fantastic. Other options like soyrizo are ok, but I’ve never had a mushroom burrito this good. Epazote is a delicious Mexican herb that I miss from my days living in the Sonoran desert…

Ordered tinga tostadas and a mushroom quesadilla. Very delicious and served with a dipping sauce of choice. Excellent and prompt service in a nice location for Portland. Will recommend to others!
