Happened across this food truck by accident while out with a friend. Decided I had to give them a shot when I saw how large their vegan/vegetarian menu was. I got a poblano elote burrito and it did not disappoint! It was hefty, stuffed full, and flavorful. The hot sauce they gave me gave it a good kick and I've been thinking about it ever since. Service was great, the price was great (especially for these times), and I'm looking forward to many return visits!

Do you want a dry and flavorless burrito then this is your spot. I don’t even finish the burrito I got because it was so aggressively mediocre.
Seriously there’s a dozen much better options than this cart so look elsewhere.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would....eat across town every weekend.. dashed from this place one time. Tried asking for them to put cheese added to my tacos. And because they can't charge 50 cents over the app guy wouldn't doit and then hung up on me in my face.. what a pos. Love how they treat good customers. Shows how it's all about money. Not about integrity and not dedicated service to loyal guest..

I come here 1-2 times a week for a burrito or some tacos. They make their own tortillas and hot sauce which are both amazing. Good portions and always fresh. Service is always friendly even when they are super busy. Lots of vegan options

The smells coming out of this food truck were 100% too good to ignore. We ordered the Sarape Burrito and were blown away by how amazing it was. Not good, not ok, not great; AMAZING. Definitely will be returning with friends the next time we are in PDX.
The tofu tacos were amazing! Would rate ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if I could. Unfortunately, Happy Cow only allows me to put 4 stars for places not fully vegan. There were several vegan options too, which I really appreciated. The service was also great. Highly recommend!
