So many different ingredients. So much flavor. Friendly, hospitable, and flexible customer service. Liz and Izzy (sp?) were so kind and made me feel so welcome during my stay there!

I was looking for a Bubble Tea / Milk Tea spot closer to work and saw bubble tea offered on the signage out front, but they're not coming up in a google search for "bubble tea" (you guys should add "boba" "Bubble tea" and "Milk Tea" to your google keywords,) so I'm writing this quick review. I got Thai milk tea with regular boba and it's perfectly good, soft boba, not hard or clumped, in a surprisingly high quality cup! It was reasonably/competitively priced. They also have a reward program. I can't speak to the food offered here, but I will say they could use an interior designer and a good graphic designer to fix up the atmos and the signs, and some music. Also the name doesn't match here and on the signs, so it's hard to find and doesn't exactly becon people in. I will say it didn't smell like anything particular when I went in, good or bad, and I am very sensitive to odors. And 4* for "service" not for the person behind the counter, but the lack of flexible payment options. They don't take cash (though there's a sign on the counter that says they do and a tip jar?)

Excellent well balanced bowl that was very filling and fresh! Customer service was excellent Izzy is the sweetest 10 on 10 for her bright smile alone. If you're in the Hollywood district stop in and grab a bite. The boba is excellent as well try a milk tea with flan you can't beat it!
Really delicious and fast, I love that you can basically make your own big salad! The computer kiosk is fun and makes it easy to make however you want

I enjoy that the fish is always fresh, flavors are delicious and consistent. The option to have half mixed greens and half rice, or over all salad or all rice is really great! The blended Boba teas are also wonderful, so many Boba pearls and jellies to mix in. A fantastic simple interior with a handful of bar stools!

Went in for a Boba drink a sweet woman greeted me and even gave me a discount. (First time customer). The drink was the best boba I've had and love the atmosphere. All in all 15/5 stars! ?
I went a couple times in person and “built my own bowl” - extra scoops of tuna and salmon, cucumber only, NO sides (I hate that imitation krab stuff), and some unagi sauce. In person, came out ok. Tho the place smelled like long dead…somethings, but I figured they prolly also had fermented fish and whatnot. Now I don’t think that’s the case.I’ve ordered delivery now 3 times, *exact same order as originally*, and each time has been progressively worse. Some of the fish chunks smelled questionable as I brought them close to my face to eat, so I set them aside. They also slabbed on some of that imitation krab salad (which smells terrible to me fresh), to help hide that fact.Well today was the last straw, not only did they slam that nasty Krab salad on again, but put about an *entire* cucumber over a few measly pieces of fish to fill the space and make it look like the bowl was properly full.Now I’m paying $25 for a bowl for which was supposed to include FRESH (NOT questionable) tuna and salmon - paying a criminal price for multiple extra scoops of FRESH fish only - and what I received was maybe 10 of those little squares of fish, 35cents for almost an entire cucumber, and 20cents of rice. THAT is friggin criminal.I tried calling the store directly prior to posting this in hopes they wanted to make it right. I could literally hear them shrugging as they said they were sorry I didn’t like it but there’s “nothing they could [they meant *would*] do”.

Staff is amazing here! Very knowledgeable and recommended I try the house pokè sauce and I enjoyed it so much. My excuse to come here is that I went to 2 dentists appointments today and I feel kind of under the weather. I am on a sick Boba binge this place is my 4th boba in 24-36 hours. How embarrassing of me. I hope I get better. 5 STARS FOR THIS PLACE! A+++
Vegetarian options: My excuse is that I work @ a Wing Stop so I stopped eating chicken. Go veggies! Plus I’m too lazy to workout.
