Love the food, frequent, and I mean FREQUENT visitor, until yesterday, March 16th, 2025. My daughters asked for Pollo Bravo last night, they said they would pick it up if I ordered, as they were already in Oregon (we live in WA). I called, placed the order, and called my girls and let them know. A few minutes later, one of them calls and says, "they are really rude tonight." She proceeds to tell me that after she paid, she asked how long it would be, the person at the front tells her another 10 minutes (approx) (which makes sense since when i ordered, she told me 15 minutes). In confirming with the cook Brian, he proceeds to say (clearly not realizing she is still standing there), "that's a stupid question for her to ask, she just ordered a few minutes ago." The woman at the counter says, "she's right there" (referencing my daughter). At which point he SMILES and walks back into the kitchen!!! She calls me upset, I IMMEDIATELY call and cancel my order and get a refund. The person who took the complaint was nice enough but says, "oh, I'm sure he wasn't saying she was stupid." Ummmmmmm what else was he saying? Bottom line, the order was place at 830 (they close at 9), he clearly was irritated (mind you it wasn't a LARGE order, the winner winner and a whole bird for the family). Then when confronted you are so much of a jerk you can't even apologize. It's not on your order taker to "apologize," Brian should have! You were bold enough to call a TEENAGER stupid for asking a valid normal question, then be bold enough to apologize TO HER! DISGUSTING! It's unfortunate, we are having a 2 day career fair at my job and I put in a proposal with planning, to have Pollo Bravo cater the event. Glad I found out what kind of people work there. Brian, if you don't like your job do something else. Calling teenagers (anyone actually) stupid for asking a question, is crazy! I don't play about my kids.

Had the Familia Dinner which was a feast with leftovers for three people. The food was excellent. The sauces were so good. We had the fermented hot sauce and the almond based sauce, both excellent. We'll be coming again.

Very tasty chicken with a variety of sauces, and the highlight of this place imo is the radicchio salad! Also patatas bravas. The place is small and the seating is limited, but it’s usually not crowded. Good date spot.

The Chichen sandwich is delicious. Juicy with a light and crispy. Not full of grease like most are. Wedges are decent.

I want to try other things on the menu but I can't get away from the delicious chicken sandwich. The fries are exceptional too. And if you have any room left, get an amazing cookie! My friend the pulled pork sandwich and really liked it.

First of all, they're not a tapas place. They have a combination of high prices and bad food. My chicken sandwich was way too breaded and tasteless. I could have gotten a better one at KFC for less than half the price. Their spicy sauces were not spicy. They're a funky chicken place for people who don't know what funky is. The wait staff was great which is why I'm giving them two stars.

I was in the area and needed a lunch pitstop. I found Pollo Bravo in a search and decided to stop in. I got there right at opening and ordered and settled in for some note taking of work stuff, but didn't get much done because right away the food was delivered. Quick service, and friendly staff. Immediately I was impressed with the presentation. I ordered a 1/4 bird and salad ($16) and finished it with a Rooibos cambucha for $4. The price is on par with any place that serves quality food, and I felt it was really good value considering the quality. The Riddicio salad looked amazing, and tasted even better, the Parmesan really made it pop. I finally got to the rotisserie chicken, and it was equally fantastic. Flavor was superb, and it also looked amazing. I literally ate everything that was edible! I will definitely be back when in the area.
This place is a not so secret keto gem. Prices were understandable, drinks were pretty good, and the chicken was just perfect. $35 seems expensive for a whole chicken, but it's juicy, flavorful, and not skimpy. I was able to make 2 meals out of it and felt happy about paying for it. Def a great place to cycle too as well; I didn't plan on stopping by but the manager opened the outdoor seating gate and let us put our bikes within view of our table. Service was super nice and attentive for being seated outdoors. Water refills at every moment and our server had great recommendations. Will definitely be backThanks y'all!
