So incredibly good and flavorful!! All the sauces are gluten free and the rotisserie cauliflower was delicious. We split a half bird and WOWWW it was tender and juicy and truly worthy of the praise.

This is one of my new favorite places near me that I tried the other day. They have a menu that is not complicated while still allowing for customization. It seems they also do large orders to bring the whole family & friends. I ordered the Winner Winner Chicken Dinner because of some of the images I saw in other reviews. First time at Pollo Bravo and I have to say the chicken was super juicy cooked to perfection, food was amazing, the variety of sauce was great and cauliflower delicious as well as the potatoes and salad. Prices are surprisingly great. Highly recommended to anyone.
