Good Detroit style pizza. The crust is one of the best I've had.

A simple place with really unusual pizza. At first, I wasn't wild about the idea of a thick crust pizza, almost like focaccia - but I quickly changed my mind upon the first bite.

We only ordered their gluten free pizza, so I can't attest to their regular crust. GF pizza crusts have gotten pretty good over the years, so I've come to expect it, but I never tasted anything like this one.

The sides of the crust had a crisp crunch, and I understand that Wisconsin Brick cheese was incorporated into the edges. Wow. The middle, which I was afraid would be dry and tasteless, was full of flavor.

Sauce and toppings were excellent and of high quality.

I was told that the owner has a bakery background, and it's clear that they know what they're doing. I wish them luck with this new business; I'll certainly be back.

Excellent square pizza. Delicious crust. A little oily, but in a good way. Salads are very good too. Nice staff too.

Pop pizza is the new spot on the block serving Detroit style pizza. Walking in you’re greeted with a compact seating area. There is pizza available by the slice as well as entire pies. We opted for the cheese, veggie, and Hawaiian (minus the meat). We wanted the triple cheese but apparently it had alcohol in it. The pizza was solid, with a great under carriage and fantastic crust. It had a good crisp as well. While the pineapple was great, the rest of the toppings were average. With our combo there was salads included which weren’t bad at all. We also had the cookie pie which was unfortunately a huge let down. Pricing was certainly on the higher end. Overall, I would certainly recommend trying this place as the pizza is solid. I think it may be better than ranch pizza (especially the crust). I would absolutely skip the cookie. It’s also unfortunate that ranch and hot honey costs extra. My feedback is for them to make an actual cookie with chocolate chips throughout instead of extremely sparse chocolate sprinkled in.

Dietary restrictions: The triple cheese has alcohol in it. Please beware for those who do not consume it.

I have no idea what 'real' Detroit style is supposed to be, but this is simple and great. The crust is airy, the cheese on the edge is perfectly baked, and the simple fresh sauce completes it. Love it!

The BEST Detroit style pizza in OREGON.
It’s so good, even 2-3 days later just sitting on the counter (I love cold pizza).
Needs no condiments—Ranch is DEFINITELY not needed.
Stoked to see them expanding!

Came to get some pizza but was left just twiddling my thumbs while waiting for someone just to acknowledge I was in there. I must add that it wasn’t crowded/busy from what I can tell. So I just left hungry still without being acknowledged.

I came by here after stopping at CVS. I just wanted a quick slice as a snack and was glad that they sold by the slices. I had their Supreme slice. I liked that they warmed it up for me, but it did burn my pepperoni pieces slightly. The pizza slice was still good and I did like their base crust as it was nice and crispy.

Love the refillable soda station and the vibe was nice enough. Went in at about 1 and you could tell these have just been out for hours or was stored in a fridge overnight. Every single by the slice pizza, all like 6 options, looked dry and old. Went with pepperoni and just....chewy and lukewarm and $5 down a hole bc i literally could not finish it. I hope their salad is good but i will not be back to verify.

Oh yeah, this is the spot. Delicious, high quality toppings on a focaccia style crust. Perfect combination of crispy edges and soft on the inside. The arugula salad was top notch also. Will have to try their cookie next. By-the-slice option is always a plus. Service was great and the setting is lowkey - only downside would be fairly limited seating but we went on a rainy evening - maybe when it's sunny there are outdoor seating options. Highly recommend!
