Pop pizza is the new spot on the block serving Detroit style pizza. Walking in you’re greeted with a compact seating area. There is pizza available by the slice as well as entire pies. We opted for the cheese, veggie, and Hawaiian (minus the meat). We wanted the triple cheese but apparently it had alcohol in it. The pizza was solid, with a great under carriage and fantastic crust. It had a good crisp as well. While the pineapple was great, the rest of the toppings were average....
I have no idea what 'real' Detroit style is supposed to be, but this is simple and great. The crust is airy, the cheese on the edge is perfectly baked, and the simple fresh sauce completes it. Love it!

We only ordered their gluten free pizza, so I can't attest to their regular crust. GF pizza crusts have gotten pretty good over the years, so I've come to expect it, but I never tasted anything like this one.
