The manager, Gea, I think was her name was simply awesome! She was friendly, upbeat & went above & beyond to ensure our visit was enjoyable. Popeye's is lucky to have her! Anyone would benefit. She will go far.

We got shorted a whole 5 pieces of chicken…paid for a 16 piece and never have I ever needed to check in the box for that type of amount. The line wasn’t busy, we were the ones in the front of the line so it couldn’t have been an order mix up. It sucks to need to sit there and hold the line up just to manually count our chicken pieces before pulling out…

What is with this location? This is the 2nd time you guys have served me food that’s expired. At a certain point, you gotta throw old food away. My chicken should not look like this. Dry!! I ordered my food via drive-thru. That’s why I didn’t notice what was going on with the food until I got home.

Your manager should be fired at this point. The Customer would rather wait for fresh chicken than to get old food.

This is the only location that does this kind of crap..

Chicken in my classic sandwich was dry & seemed overcooked or sat for a while & dried out. Fries were cold & soggy. Bummed.... 😕 Maybe that's why it was ready before my card was even ran & noone was in front of me in the drive thru

Pondering stood there at the counter We're probably 15 minutes before anybody recognized me Once I ordered My food it came to me cold They did get the order correctly when I went up to the counter The worker Was extremely rude Caused a scene I ended up walking out Leaving the food there I spent almost $25 for food that i did not eat, This place is horrible Very poor managed And dirty The floors were hadn't been swept in Days I do not recommend going to this place Save your money and go to A different location Or possibly the even Chick-fil-A You'll get great service there!

Space is new and fresh and the chicken rocks! Had an amazing chicken pickle sandwich. It made my day. Juicy, filling and flavorful. Place was super clean!

I was served moldy biscuits. I returned to the counter to show the server who insisted they were fresh. "But there's mold... It's right there. It's mold. You warmed up moldy biscuits."
