Forced to give a star… they gave me the wrong order and no receipt. When I went back through the drive thru to tell them the lady asked for the receipt. We explained she didn’t give us one and she REFUSED to listen and tell us we needed a receipt… We tried to tell her that she didn’t offer a receipt. So we paid for food and didn’t even get all of it. Worst service ever! I will gladly take my money elsewhere!

82nd and foster: I pulled up to the drive threw and a girl voice was mocking everything I asked in a high pitched voice. I asked for mild and now my mouth is on fire because I bite in to hot chicken! Not only was it very rude costumer service but they obviously served me hot chicken for no reason “to get at people” I’m a nice person and treated them nice regardless of their silly voices they were using. But got home and they were out to just treat people wrong I guess?! 3/19/2023 11:30 pm.
The people working around 2:45 on 3/16/24 need a raise and a kiss on the lips this was the best Popeyes I’ve had in my entire life and nothing will ever live up to this moment.
