Ordered delivery - state my food was picked up when it wasn’t. They either gave it to the wrong driver, didn’t prepare it, or just stole it but either way I never received my order. 1.5 hours after ordered I got a message stating it was cancelled.

It was a terrible attention the staff who attends at the window attended me badly, the food I ordered was incomplete I was returned to claim that my food was incomplete and they did not want to return me if not only the drink.The man who attends in the window of thick response gives very bad attention to the client.

I have never wrote any bad reviews to any business but to be honest this place I could’ve give them minus 100 if I could for their customer service I called on the phone asking if the manager was there and of course she didn’t understand what I was saying because there’s no one who speak good English there unfortunately and on top of all that she hung up the phone and I called again maybe 4 times and when she answered she was screaming so I hung up the phone immediately……..
That’s absolutely horrible place to go to???

This place deserves 0 stars they spilled a drink all over my food on purpose they made my chicken wrong it was cold they were insulting me in a different language which I did know and the manager will receive a call from me real soon

7/10/25 went thru drive thru,used coupon for 14 piece chicken,2 large sides,&7 biscuits,regular,$30.99 got home chicken had NO flavor,no legs,1 breast,& Xtra side was 1 biscuit..went back, got 1 additional breast 2 legs,got Xtra mashed potato & gravy for second side,,was told 1 is Xtra side on biscuits,,what??. Told no flavor,,did not get new fresh chicken gave me back same..ugh..never had issues B4 but I will never get 14 piece again..oh tried calling they do not ever answer phone,,I was up from Newport or cuz we have no Popeyes,,,very disappointed....

Everytime we eat here the chicken is like jerky, and the service is so lazy and disrespectful. And when you tell them it’s always “bring it back we’ll remake it” and then they give you the same quality sandwich again. Idk maybe they need a health inspection done or something but every single time is just absurd. I don’t wanna drive all the way to the Gresham location just to get a good quality sandwich.

Gave me the wrong pie the wrong sized mashed potatoes, but worst of all you mixed spicy recipe with the crispy and I bit into the spicy unexpectedly and suffered all night. I cant have spicy food my stomach doesn't process it so I was up puking all night and woke with the most painful bowels. If you were out of things then why not say that instead of just taking it upon yourself to replace it with whatever you wanted. Worst popeyes experience ever!

The chicken was way small n over cooked there was barely any chicken on the thigh I got very disappointed.
