Brisket Biscuit and Gravy was just weird, was not expecting BBQ sauce as it doesn't really mix with country gravy. It was edible but such a strange choice.

For it being called “Portland biscuit company”, I expected very good biscuits. They were not, they were cloying and flavorless. I had no idea the gravy was sausage, it was completely bland. These were hands down the worst potatoes I have ever had, the seasoning (is it supposed to be rosemary???) were awful, on top of the fact that they were cold and seemed like they have been out a while compared to the rest of the food which only adds insult to injury as they charged 4.50 for each serving of them extra. The Only good thing was the fried chicken, it was very good in fact. It was moist and flavorful and the outside crispy and fresh. Thats what the two stars are for. So crazily overpriced, I cannot believe how much I just spent on that.

I am regretting my decision to order from here. Shari’s is better. The biscuits are dry, the chicken not good, definitely not fried chicken. The gravy the flour is not even cooked out. I could taste the flour through out the dish.
Rethink your decision about coming here.

This place is BAD. avoid if possible.
I got the fried chicken biscuit and gravy with potatoes and fried eggs,
Gravy: the only flavor is rosemary. Other reviews talked about it being overly salty, however mine wasn't so they probably addressed this issue. It was still bad.
Biscuit: the biscuit was just soggy mush floating in gravy, completely devoid of flavor.
Potatoes: undercooked and underseasoned. I don't like my home fries to be hard.
Fried egg: grossly overcooked. It was almost burnt and the yolk was dry and pale yellow.
Chicken: the chicken was fine. Nothing to write home about and certainly not enough to redeem this meal. I would give this 2/10 aka 1/5 stars.

As time goes by, customer service worsens and especially the attention of the Latin woman who is sometimes in front, serves angrily and in bad taste and is super rude to the delivery people.

Delivery order with no utensils or napkins and the maple syrup missing. This is 2024 so when this happens, the restaurant is doing it on purpose. Do you think you're "punishing us" for not eating there in person? Or just trying to make us feel as aggravated as you feel? You know when you do this you lose our business forever, right? Why not just close your restaurant and do something you enjoy. You guys obviously take no pride whatsoever in your jobs.

Just like the name in the title this time of year (Portland), the food is soggy, damp and cold. Two bites of a $30.00 order and no thanks. UberEats driver made it to my home in 7 minutes and the food tasted and appeared to have been sitting out for hours. The biscuits with egg and bacon and gravy, disgusting. The potatoes, cold and over-salted and also, disgusting. My dog wouldn't even eat it!!! Save your money and appetite, look elsewhere for better quality of food.

We literally just placed a delivery order with you guys, and you somehow managed to omit the napkins and utensils we specifically requested. Do you expect people to eat biscuits & gravy with their bare hands?! Please, have better attention to detail!

First off, the name of restaurant is not correct and for some reason they haven’t updated it on the web. Second, the biscuits and gravy were dry with thick hard crust, and the gravy was chalky and bland. The biggest turn off was the half inch dust blankets sitting on top of all the lights and on the air vents. Not a place I want to eat at again.
