This place is pretty good. I like how theres a coffee and bahn mi place close to my practice space, plus they have vegan options. The “teriyaki” tofu bahn mi had zero teriyaki flavor. It was a pretty run if the mill tofu bahn mi, which is totally fine. Just call it a tofu bahn mi. They also have vegan mayo but it was only in a very concentrated spot in the sandwich. Flavor and execution issues aside, totally acceptable option.

The onion tofu banh mi was super delicious and the tofu was really juicy. The black sesame chai is a must try! Banh mi made starting at 8am. Parking at this location. Would definitely come back if I’m in the area again and will recommend to friends.

Parking: A little difficult to get in and out due to traffic.

I found the manager or owner a bit.. unprofessional? Whoever the dude with the hat and glasses was. A customer came in to return a basically completely consumed ground coffee bag. We agree - this guy had no shame and was a total cheapass to come in and return this but the owner/manager was quite vocal about it afterwards and I feel like it would have been classier if he just vented about it when there weren’t a handful of customers in the shop. It was a bit immature. I also asked for a latte with cold foam on top and when he saw the barista making it he was sure to correct her and tell her to never do that for a customer again. I guess it made me feel like she was being corrected for trying to accommodate my special request right in front of me… maybe that should occur when I’m not in ears distance. I’m not sure exactly how to express his demeanour - but he just had an aura about him that was unpleasant and negative. Nextly the washroom was covered in dust and filthy. We wanted to stop here before our drive back into Canada and I was a disappointed. Food and coffee were average. Not bad, not great.

All is good but it's slightly pricey. One of the best gimmick latte's I've ever had and the banh mi was above average but their bread wasn't great.

Still I would recommend and the staff was great.

Wanted to try something different and decided to stop by and get a matcha, with vanilla. It was pretty delicious. It was later in the day and it was pretty full. Really wanna go back to try their banh mi sandwiches.

My experience was unusual. I am from Eugene, went up to Portland in July. Purchased a couple small bags that had very recently been roasted... within a couple days. I did not like the coffee, I thought it too tart. I put the beans away in my closet for a couple of months. The aroma was superlative! The taste was, too. Now, it is my favorite coffee and I eagerly await their next batches so I may stock up.

A small quiet cafe. The employees know the regulars and chat happily.
They behave like people.

Food was good. Had a tofu teriyaki sandwich with spicy mayo.

Spice has a nice kick. More than what you might be used to if you only go for mild. But very good.

A good place to sit and chat for awhile.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a crub outside, but there are ramps to get from the sidewalk all the way inside.

Wasn’t a huge fan of the coffee or latte we tried, not exactly sure if it was an off day because neither had much flavor

Pumpkin Spice Latte was tasty and the barista was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Wifi is available upon request. Large windows and plenty of plants make it a nice place to hangout for a little while.

Dietary restrictions: Non-dairy available for lattes

The bánh mì wasn't terrible, but I definitely did not like the coffee. For those who love Le Drip in Houston, you definitely would benefit from getting a bánh mì here, but a coffee elsewhere.

The people working were so sweet though!!
