Servers here were the best out of any nice restaurant me and my girlfriend have been to. Super careful about my allergies and super nice. Food was excellent too.

Went for my birthday dinner... had the lamb chops.. Best I've had.. such a great time.. will def go again... it was amazing and sooo romantic. Service was great and drinks were delish.

everything was excellent,. SERVICE was outstanding, can't say enough about our Server. Made our special night even more special. We will be back soon!!!!!!!!! the Food was outstanding.

I love speakeasies, and the top floor of a tower overlooking the city honestly makes it feel like it's Christmas or something it's so cozy. The low lighting with table lamps is perfect, the portions are great, our waiter knew the menu, only thing was it was busy so it took a little bit to get our food. Would recommend the New York strip. Also their mash potato's are delicious!

It was so amazing it was so wonderful service and I loved the energy and the calm.Piano was absolutely beautiful. Our waiter was so lovely. I would 100% come again

Portland City Grill is a place you visit for the views. Not much else needs to be said. The food is fine but the views are amazing! Happy hour has an energetic vibe and a few good deals.

The service and food were great. Our disappointments: 1) We ordered an Old Fashion drink. VERY disappointed that you did not use block or ball ice cubes. The small, chopped ice melts too fast for the drink. For an upscale place, this is a big miss. 2) We asked for a view for 2. Your east facing tables for two are at an angle so only ONE person can see the view of the full moon and mountain. Again, for an upscale place, this is another big miss. Very disappointed my partner had to turn around to see the view. If they try to sit you there, asked to be moved.

Nice view, but the soup is too salty. If the dish portion can be slightly bigger that would be great.

It was hilarious. Loud, hectic. Worst table... I could see into the kitchen. I've eaten here about 5 times. It's usually fine, not crazy amazing but pretty good. This time, They took our water glasses claiming that wine glasses are better for bottled water, thought it was a mistake so I asked for a water glass and a woman showed up to ask why I had a tap water glass??? She was either confused or passive aggressive teaching me a lesson.. That was just funny. Then all the tables that were open just 15 feet in would have made a huge difference. I think this was just the staff not recognizing that we were having a terrible experience with all the servers swilling around our table, the kitchen staff bringing clean dishes on carts and unloading them close by us. The thing is the table shouldn't even be there. Just get rid of it. To explain how close it was to the kitchen when our food came out the runner walked fast toward us to pass and had to catch himself like "Brake" to set it down when he realized it was us, just feet from the kitchen.

This restaurant had a lovely view and our server, Erin, was great. She was attentive and friendly.  the food was a different story. I had the clams and pancetta and, while the flavor was really good, the clams were slightly overcooked and a bit chewy. I also ordered the seared Chilean sea bass , which I couldn't eat because it was also overcooked, as was the lobster risotto on which it sat. overall, the food tasted like it had been sitting out for a while before being brought to our table. 

Subject: Urgent: Incorrect Charge on Our Bill – Reservation under Ruslan Syliuk My husband and I dined at your restaurant 09.21.2025 evening with a reservation at 8:00 PM under the name Ruslan Syliuk. Unfortunately, we experienced a concerning issue regarding the payment process. Our original bill was $138, which we paid using a credit card. However, when the receipts were brought back for signature, we noticed that the amount listed was $282 — an overcharge of $144. We also discovered that this incorrect amount had already been charged to our account. We immediately brought this to the attention of our server. She acknowledged the mistake, provided us with the correct bill for $138, which we signed, and assured us that the overcharged amount would be refunded within approximately five hours. As of now, we have not received the refund, and the charge of $282 still appears on our account. We would like to kindly ask for clarification: When can we expect the refund of the overcharged amount? Is there anything further we need to do on our side to resolve this? We truly hope this was an honest mistake and not a case of fraudulent activity. We would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Excellent food, drink, ambience and service. Couple that with an old school vibe and an amazing view, and it makes for a great dinner. We loved it and would return.

I really am disappointed. This is labeled as a Seafood Restaurant yet the seafood is very basic in quality. We ordered the Seafood Tower .. roasted mushroom and lobster risotto .. $200 worth. The view was the only thing we enjoyed. If you want a drink with a 30th floor view then this is the place… if you want fresh seafood, go somewhere else.

Celebrated with friends a new beginning. The lights in here are so beautiful but the lights at night out on the skyline are unmatched by any other establishment. We are so lucky to have such an awesome venue at our finger tips. The food is incredible I loved the lobster bisque. Always will come back here for every celebration

I made reservations for our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, we did not have good experience at all. First, I had to get up and ask if anyone was gonna wait our table. If I ever had to do this before - I don't remember. It was very hard to get waiter's attention even after that. The only reason we didn't get up and leave - we had other people with us. Had it been just my husband and me - we would have.
