Loved their Iced Americano (just the right kick with 4 espresso shots after a long day of travel). Very friendly and helpful service. I didn't experience any access trouble even though I'm staying at a neighbouring hotel.

I was surprised to see my cold brew filled to the brim with ice and then halfway with water before the coffee was added. Doesn’t taste like there is hardly any coffee in this drink at all.
Closed to the public:(It says go through the hotel doors but those are closed as well and are only for their guests.

There's a Portland coffee roasters across from the convention center in a marketplace that's inaccessible if you aren't staying at the hotel. There is a location in the convention center as well but the map clearly shows this one isn't in the convention center. But this one is stupid. It's inaccessible unless you're staying at the hotel, which is so goofy. They have doors facing outward that could be for public use but they made them exit only. The entrance they force you to enter from is within the hotel, which you at 9am I couldn't get into without a keycard. I don't know the need to pretend you're bougie and elitist and only serve hotel customers when surely you would get more money allowing others in as well but by all means, keep your doors shut to those trying to give you money. I'll happily go somewhere else.

Their site says that the convention center location is supposed to be open at 7am on Tuesday. It's 8am and they aren't open. Google says they're supposed to be open as well.

No coffee for me this time. I will be trying some herbal tea later. I had the pumpkin chai loaf. It was great! This is inside the Oregon Convention Center.

This was actually the worst match latte I waited 20 minutes for, I literally threw it out after two sips. Go to Dutch Bros its worth the walk.

Standardly good coffee
Awful, awful, awful service. I get that the employees are swamped with customers during a convention event, but I got a very dismissive response when someone stole my drink. Never stopping by here again.
$1 upcharge for soy milk (their only non-dairy option). Got my order wrong 3 times: twice at the register (where I only realized because I knew exactly how much my order should have cost) and once when they made the wrong drink. Somewhat short staffed, but still really disproportionately slow service. This is not my first time at this location and it's never been great, but it's really continued to go downhill.

Service was extremely slow, turns out there were 3 employees. 1 guy just making coffee by himself, 1 guy on register, and an older women just standing around handing people food from time to time. The older women was really rude, wouldn't help make coffee or help on the register.
Amazing lady barista with a splash of sunshine ☀️ Highly recommended her for your coffee experience ???
