A huge variety of foods from multiple countries. They weren’t doing dine in due to the recent fire but the carts were up and running!

The Portland Mercado is a perfect spot for a delicious, authentic meal. There are spaces with covered and indoor seating, and tons of variety, with great parking options. Absolute must.
But the portable restrooms set up in parking lot are crazy awesome! Such a weird thing to rave about, but so cool!
Anyway, I’d totally go back to this pod since they have other interesting food choices (there’s a reason some food trucks having lines & others don’t! Duh!)
