Ohhh how I wish that Potato Champion would come to the Salem/Keizer area!! It's my absolute favorite food cart in Portland and I make a point to visit there every time I'm in town. Literally 5 stars every time.... quality, customer service. 🤌 Do yourself a favor and check them out!

Only place I’ve been able to have Friet Oorlog, a Dutch snack I fell in love with while living in Amsterdam. Satay sauce, mayonnaise & raw onions over hot fries. Sounds crazy, but it’s sooooo good. (And Potato Champion makes their own amazing peanut sauce!)
