0 stars if I could.I’m from Canada and even if they say “our take on the Canadian poutine” this is NOTHING LIKE THAT. Prices that are online are different from the actual prices (I forgot to take a picture, sorry). The fried are half cooked, the gravy is a mixture of some weird spices along with spinach like taste which was just off, and the curds came in cold and not even put on. A kid could have made this.I’m so disappointed by my purchase and felt so bad I didn’t feel like talking about it in the rain to my owner. If you’re reading this, please make your fries better and not charge $13 for it. Your name is LITERALLY potato champion.

First order was absolutely stunning, but the second order completely bummed me out. They gave us something that was not gravy and due to allergies, we were unable to eat the order. It was twangy and had separated in the container. I think it might have been another sauce they offer. I'm sure it was an accident but there's no way to contact anybody to have a conversation. Disappointed to have to throw money away like.

Everyone is quick to complain about the bad when in fact, we should be recognized in that good qualities that employees and companies have to offer, Porsche went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and gave me advice regarding my questions about their menu. I do not post reviews often unless they are validated and this employee is worth the review and then some. It doesn’t hurt that the food is amazing as well. ?

Decided to give this place a try since everyone seems to be raving about it. Walked up to place my order, the person working at the front was super friendly, answered any questions I had, and suggested items to try. The food on the other hand, was, mediocre, the fries were soggy, some of them tasted burnt, cheese was cold in some areas, some of it was not melted, everything was just, not enjoyable. Gave it a try, but it's a pass for me.

I was craving potato champion fries of yore, only to receive a rehash of McMenamins handcut fries. So disappointed ? limp, greasy pile. They used to be double cooked and SO GOOD. Maybe this was just an off afternoon.
