Reasonable (especially for an airport) on price with good filling sandwiches for a flight. Godsend nowadays.

Love you guys. Great food, accurate orders, and have really saved the day squeaking in my order before closing when I'm in a pinch with schedule changes.

Great service. My wife ordered a BLTA sandwich and the gal said that she avocados weren't ripe so she ordered something different. Their sandwiches are fresh, hot and really good.

Food was really good. Sandwich had good amount of toppings and meat. Quick service and friendly staff. Of course it's in an airport so seating is a bit crowded and crappy chairs but that's not their issue. Would recommend getting food there

Get the Italian add bacon as the man at the counter suggest. Amazing sandwich.

Solid little toasted sandwich shop. They were fairly busy on Christmas Eve morning but very efficient and everyone working was nice. Sandwich tasted fresh and fairly high quality.

I ordered a turkey sandwich with cheddar and they gave me swiss. I also got a BLTA and they forgot the tomato :/

The only reason this review is 5 stars instead of 1 is Mason with the green hair. Awesome service very professional. There was another individual black girl with her hair down with a bandana on top. She had a terrible attitude and left her hair in my sandwich. Was remade for me appreciated the service by the front counter register lady as well. This is the remade sandwich pictured. Tasted great.

So, I tried to get a sandwich my friend told me was good from this place. Girl from the counter comes over to me and tells me they can't serve me because they are short staffed... The guy in front of me, she says, is the last person that can be in line. I'm shocked at what she's saying to me but have no choice, and I walk away. But a few minutes later, I saw a few more people get in line, and that girl didn't shoo them away. What the hell? Lots of places are "short staffed" and still serve customers. I had extra time, so I didn't care about the wait. I never said a word to anyone, just got in line, and this girl comes up to me to tell me to go away because their staff needs time to make their "current orders".
Forget it PootBelly, never going to try your place again.

The 2 women working on 10/26 around 8:30pm were absolutely unprofessional and unhygienic. The sandwiches that my partner and I got were horrible and the customer service was even worse. It was extremely surprising and I was very embarrassed that I had recommended going to Potbelly after landing from a long flight. The experience was very weird. Never going back.

The young lady making sandwiches on the evening of Sunday 10/27 was unable (or probably more accurately, unwilling) to follow the simplest requests after the sandwich was toasted. Unfortunately, a lot of people take service positions because it's what is available, not because they actually desire to serve people. It wasn't just her. The other young lady who rang me up had a similar disposition, but at least her not wanting to be there didn't make my sandwhich inedible. I would recommend skipping this Potbelly until they hire people who want to be there or at least retrain the ones that are already there.
