This is so good. One of the best pulled pork sandwiches I’ve ever had and at an airport?! Crazy. 10/10 would recommend

Prolly the laziest and apathetic workers I’ve ever seen. Red Bull cans on the counter. Using the same gloves for opening boxes and prepping my food. Standing around and talking while there’s a line. They were also out of chicken, lettuce and avocado lol. Management is trash. But the Cubano was tasty, I appreciated that there was both pork and ham on the sandwich.

Airport restaurant featuring a variety of sandwiches and public seating in a large area shared with other vendors in the airport food court. Cash, credit/debit cards accepted.
I was less than impressed with this place as they didn't pay very close attention to my order. I asked for them to add spicy chili peppers to my roast beef sandwich, and the girl was too busy flirting with the next customer and forgot. The basic sandwich toppings were very minimal and the overall flavor profile was excessively salty. Multi-grain bread was unremarkable at best.
Accidents happen, it's not the end of the world, they have lots of sandwich/wrap options, and you can customize/build your own if you so desire.

I haven't even eaten the sandwich but those are seriously industrious and well organized workers. The girl with dark brown braids was doing so well but I could feel she was overwhelmed

I had a hankering for a meatball sub, and Potbelly came through. Shout out to Sam for being awesome and taking care of me.

It's in the airport so atmosphere is what it is. The sandwiches are amazing. Go there before I fly everything I can.

Food was fine but the first guy you get to who apparently is “just the meat and cheese guy” with an eye roll and a heavy sigh, was extremely demeaning and rude. It’s really overwhelming travelling anyway and then there are of course lots of people around you so that in itself can be overwhelming. I’d never been to this place before just came to get a quick wrap before getting on my next flight. As I finally got up to him he asked what he could get started for me and I told him an avo wrap and that I wanted the meal deal with chips and fountain drink (that’s what it says on the menu “fountain drink”) he snapped back at me that I was responsible for getting my own chips (obviously that part I know I only told him so I could be properly charged bc again ID NEVER BEEN HERE) and drink from the fridge. This confused me a bit bc I thought I’d get a fountain drink but no matter oh well. I moved on. I then asked if I could get lettuce tomato and onion on my wrap, and he goes you do all that at the end. I said ok. Then said I didn’t want any mayo or sauce, again ID NEVER BEEN HERE and excuse me if I didn’t know all the parameters of this man’s job. He exasperatingly told me LIKE I SAID YOU DO ALL YOUR TOPPINGS AT THE END- IM JUST THE MEAT AND CHEESE GUY. Another eye roll. I was a little dumbfounded and said uh ok sorry but you will probably have to repeat yourself all day I can’t be the only one that’s going to ask questions like that and that I wasn’t trying to annoy him. He just said that’s fine, but drew out the word fine like I was the stupidest person on the planet. That wouldn’t have been so bad but as I make my way to the next guy who apparently does all the toppings I hear curly headed and annoyed meat and cheese guy MAKING FUN OF ME TO THE CUSTOMER DIRECTLY BEHIND ME. I’m standing right there and he’s like well when I have to repeat myself three times…to the customer behind me! I don’t know what she said to prompt him saying that but it was embarrassing. At that point I’m close to tears and completely lost my appetite. I told the woman at the front while trying to fight back tears while paying that there was no reason for that and I didn’t deserve it. She looked like she felt bad for me and said she would tell the manager. And I appreciate that but I’ll never go there again. The wrap wasn’t good enough to go through embarrassment and emotional abuse again.

In PDX airport and I ordered the night before to be ready when I arrived. Has a super tight connection only 40 min. Walked up and sandwich was hot and ready. Made my connection and get to eat one other the best sandwiches in the USA! Wreck on White with hot pepper 🌶️ ! Yum…😋

We were waiting for a plane at PDX and wanted a quick bite of something. We saw Potbelly, never heard of it, so we tried it. Definitely one of our better decisions. Their bread is wonderfully toasted outside and soft (and flavorful) inside, and no matter what you have, they don't skimp on the meat.
This is one chain whose expansion into MY neighborhood would be most welcome!

No explanation, just told that they were closing for an hour after they served the last person in line. Guess they didn't want my money. I enjoyed a bowl at Cafe Yumm instead, which was probably healthier and tastier anyway!!
