We booked John and his team at Premiere for our wedding with just over 200 guests and highly recommend them! John is professional, and was quick to reply to emails. He was also very accommodating when I needed to make last minute changes like adjusting the guest count two weeks before the wedding. The food was amazing and high quality- everyone loved it, from the toddlers to adults! They included linens and complimentary beverages, and all the staff were wonderful taking care of our guests. We did a buffet style service and got everyone through pretty fast! It was very reasonably priced and we were so glad we chose them to cater our wedding.

He had chef Mitch consult directly with us to create a custom vegetarian option when the standards weren't quite fitting for us. He also helped source outdoor games, a special chair, and the perfect colored napkins. In a nutshell, Michael said Yes to everything we wanted and then made sure it happened. And, post event, everyone keeps raving about the food. Michael and team are definitely our top choice for whatever our next event may be!

We hired Premiere Catering for our wedding last month, and they were just a step above the rest. We were so impressed by Michael's communication from the very start - less than a day usually to hear back about questions, and he always had a clear answer. This massively reduced our stress leading up to the big day, and Michael and his team were flexible and accomodating for all of our requests, even the last minute ones. Then the food!! We've had multiple guests tell us it was the best wedding food they had ever had. It looked amazing and tasted amazing, and they were able to work with all our gluten free/vegan requests. And the staff were so professional during the entire day, keeping us and our wedding coordinator up to speed on everything. We did a "back yard" wedding so it was a unique and challenging setting for them, but they surpassed expecation.

The servers were wonderful and constantly circulating during the cocktail hour. Drinks were delicious and always full. Working with John was wonderful, he responded to all of my emails very quickly. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave great advice when I was unsure of what to do. Highly highly recommend for any event!

Michael and John could not have been easier to work with or more accommodating. Michael answered all calls immediately. Their expertise and professionalism allowed me to completely focus on our guests . They were completely open to and delightfully interactive with another caterer who set up a separate BBQ for a ribs and cobbler option along with the Premiere buffet at the second event. I would highly recommend Premiere.
