Long line. Forever waiting on a Sunday morning. Go elsewhere if you’re as impatient as I am. We’ve been waiting for roughly half an hour and still no coffee! Need more baristas.

Coffee was amazing but it took 30+ minutes to get an iced latte when they were not that busy

I was there around noon, almost nothing to choose. Got a Dubai chocolate strawberry dessert, which one was not fresh. The strawberries were almost spoiled. Looks like the dessert was sitting on the shelf for at list a day, then it was putting in the fridge or freezer, and it was returned to stock next day or couple of days later. Really disappointed. $25 spent on a spoiled product.

This place is nice, but ownership is negligent. I often come in and witness one barista responsible for making the food orders and drink orders. The barista is also responsible for all the mobile orders. It took nearly 20 minutes for an espresso bc the poor girl had to make meals and four decadent Macha and coffee drinks. She did an incredible job, and her resilience given the circumstances is to be respected. Ownership should have two members during these rushes. It was a terrible experience for myself and the patrons watching her drown in walk in and mobile orders by herself. Ive seen this happen weekly and I had to say something.

How does it take 10 min to make tea and then get the order wrong? 🧐

Very frustrating, they offer online ordering but then cancel the order 20 minutes after the order is placed and driver is there. This has happened more than once and I thought I'd give another chance. No longer, unfortunately. Other local options are available to me

The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because every other time I’ve been here it was great. This time however was horrible and I am very upset and little angry about the visit. Everytime I order the cashier always asks my name this time she didn’t. She barely acknowledged me. I ordered a breakfast croissant and sugar free latte with 2 extra shots. Tipped her 5 bucks and waited. Customers came and went. I did notice she was asking there names. After 30 minutes or so I went to the counter and different employee said are you waiting for something ? I said yes a breakfast croissant. She said oh here you go I’m sorry. I walked home gave my wife her cold latte which she said oh no there is no extra shots in this. And her croissant which was hard and cold.

Having formerly been in food service, I usually have some grace when it comes to leaving negative reviews. However, after sitting on it for a couple hours and seeing all of the overwhelmingly positive reviews here, I needed to share my experience. We waited 40 minutes for two mediocre drinks. My husband commented his drink tasted like half and half with a splash of espresso. My drink was fine, but not worth the wait. Only one of the baristas seemed concerned about the fact we were there for so long. Also, the plants are not well taken care of which kinda ruined the atmosphere.

I don’t enjoy leaving any reviews except 5* for small businesses. This location seems severely understaffed, poor girl has a line of 10 people, she processes orders and makes coffee all by herself.
With that being said unfortunately every time here takes at least 20 min to get your cup of coffee (30min today, two hot drinks no food) sorry but who has the time?:(
And finding out minutes after ordering that they are out of your drink doesn’t help the frustration. It is understandable but would save us a ton of time if there was a little sign with this information.

Great coffee, but it took almost an hour to get my latte and avocado toast (and the portion size ended up being tiny) with four people working behind the bar. I recommend planning accordingly.

Amazing coffee shop; however, they are SO SO SLOW.
Coffee, food, ambiance, are all incredible. Easily one of the BEST shops in the area. However, I ordered around 10:15 this morning, and didn’t get my latte until 10:57. I was only the 2nd in line when I walked in and the girl in front of me got her coffee 25 minutes prior to me getting mine. I’m not sure why mine took 25 minutes longer, and we even got the same drink??
I’d encourage you to only go here if you are not in a rush, as you’ll be here quite a while. And if you go with a group, order all on the same tab so you can all enjoy your beverages together rather than separate and semi awkwardly..

Still, amazing. I’ll be back. I’ll just definitely come with a water bottle when I arrive because I know the wait is going to be long.

Also please note: they were busy, but I feel there is no world where it should take 40 minutes for someone to get a coffee; without even an apology.

Ordered a sandwich online, online estimate was 40 minutes for it to be ready. Seems a pretty long but whatever. Walk over, wait in line for pick up, just to find out they’d given it to someone else. Great.
