There was no line when I got here and ordered and only 3 people waiting for their orders and it took almost 20 minutes to get a coffee and unfortunately this is the experience every time I come. The coffee and drinks are amazing that’s why I come back but I hate having to plan out an entire hour to get a coffee because some times it takes over 30 minutes to get an order. I understand they’re not a Starbucks and don’t expect my drink in 2 minutes but are they just not staffed correctly or are they slow?

Walked in 10 mins to 3pm and she stated that they do not have the banana matcha, and that they are 7 mins from closing. Posted times says they are ope. Until 4pm. I ordered just an iced matcha latte since they no longer have the banana option. And was sadly disappointed. This was our first time to this location and it was such a let down, the staff member was rude, and even turned others away that showed up. We will not return. Thanks for showing your true colors to the locals.

The coffee shop in Portland is the closest one to my workplace and serves delicious coffee. I love stopping by in the morning and looking forward to my drink. The staff at the checkout are always very polite, and the restroom is clean. Most importantly, I appreciate that they frequently release new flavors, offering a great variety. In the spring, my favorite was the Raspberry Cheesecake Latte, and now I'm excited to try new options! I highly recommend this coffee shop!

A nice little spot to chill and study. They do seem to be short staffed sometimes, and the general condition of the place has been in decline, but they make good drinks, and it's one of the nicest spots in Kenton, so I still ❤️

The drinks were not made correctly, takes an hour to get 2 drinks and sandwich, service is terrible. I would save the headache and go some where else. Terrible owners too, don’t let their social media fool you.

Portland Location - Been here a couple times and drinks are inconsistent based on worker.. ordered three diff matchas. The girl placed the banana foam mixed with the matcha which was not what I expected, pink cloud foam overpowered the matcha all I tasted was sugar, earl grey overpowered the matcha - last two pics were from past visits -drinks lukewarm -overall too much foam- doesn’t match the pics they post on IG -service bare minimum
