The coffee was great but man, their turkey sandwich was on a whole different level! They have one of the best turkey sandwiches I have ever had in my entire life. Will definitely be coming back to Portland just for that turkey sandwich. ?

We came here because the Instagram looked cool and man… was this a moment of Instagram vs reality for us. This place gave us a free beverage card and even then, I would not bother to come back here and neither would my sister.The employees were nice to our face but they talked loudly the entire time about how much they hated working there, horrible things the owner would do, and a bunch of other unsettling things. The entire coffee shop could hear it, we were all looking around uncomfortably at each other. This went on for over an hour until we left.It was very distracting and weird…

I love this place. Quality food and quality drink along with a hard working staff that is always friendly. That just take forever. If you cannot find properly service your in store customers then turn your mobile service off. Waiting 20 minutes for a drink is not acceptable.

I really liked the atmosphere as soon as I entered. I ordered an avocado toast and a hot matcha latte.The toast was very salty and there were flies all over the place coming from the trashcans.The tables were not clean, the dish rack was left underneath a table. The girl who worked there had an attitude. Did not want to smile, did not want to be helpful.The place is beautiful to look at, and just that.Not hygienic!

Their cofffee is good but hey need to do something about that door which is awful to open and often spills my coffeeCustomer service skills on their staff is a MUST. The only nice staff member I had interacted with is a young dark hair girl, she is kind and friendly, who is there sometimes not often which is a shame the rest had been very rude specially when i come with my toddler, the white girls for some reason i dont feel comfortable at all. Def not a kid friendly place. So often rather go to around the corner cafe.The bad is so near to my place its easier for me to go there but really wish they care more about their service and get nicer with kids since its a family neighborhood. Also need wood sticks to stir the coffee and sugar. They could update and clean the sugar bar next to the door looks dirty and not functional.

The shop is very nicely decorated and has some good baked goods. We ordered and then watched the next six people who ordered after us get their coffee first. We ordered a four shot espresso and a triple non fat flat latte. I’ve been a barista for over 15 years, the amount of time it took was ridiculous. There was no energy in the baristas and it seemed like they left our order till last for some reason. I dont recommend this place. Drive a little further save your money

The Presso Portland cafe location is so cute! I usually go to the Vancouver, WA location and I love it so much I wanted to try their Portland location. The service wasn't as great because their equipment that day seemed to be having some trouble and it looked like they could've used some more help back there. Otherwise, the coffee was great and the food was yummy!
