Incredibly rude service. Walked in and no one greeted us for close to 10 minutes. Finally caught the attention of someone in the kitchen and they said to sit down and they’d send a sever over. After watching one server laboriously take several orders, and hearing her tell the table next us that it might take 45 minutes for their food, we left.
Only half of the tables had people at them so it wasn’t super busy. Just terrible management.

Our waitress was very sweet and amicable.
But this restaurant is poorly run and the food is bad.
Had a birthday reservation, but they didn't write it down upon booking, so it took forty-five minutes for our party of 16 to be seated.
Food delivery was staggered and took about an hour and a half to serve all guests a meal in a dead restaurant.
Food is over priced. I won't speak for anyone else in our party about taste, but my burger was way too salty. I only had a few bites and the meal cost $19.
To top it off, they don't split bills. They broke us up into two parties, forcing one unfortunate soul at each table to brave a $400+ bill with the "guarantee" the other table mates would venmo them in a timely manner.
That sucks.
If you're looking for a cocktail early in your evening--sure, why not? They have good drinks.
Otherwise, look elsewhere. This restaurant is no bueno.

Don’t bother. The kitchen can’t heat up soup.

Food was great. I went for an event and it seemed understaffed for the number of people they had

Really let down by our experience here. Slow service even though the restaurant was empty during lunch time on a Saturday. Prices are not worth the food you get. Wont be stopping in again.
We booked Produce Row for our wedding ceremony and couldn't be happier with the experience. With around 70 guests, the venue provided ample space and a layout that flowed perfectly with our wedding schedule. Our guests raved about the food, saying it was the best they’ve ever had at a wedding. We also had a guest with gluten allergies who felt well accommodated and was thrilled with the GF beer option.
The staff at Produce Row were exceptional, going above and beyond to make our day special, even accommodating our family’s early afternoon decoration setup. Their organization and coordination ensured everything went smoothly. Communication during the planning process was always prompt and clear. The bartender also received high praise from our guests.
Produce Row is a beautiful venue, and while we added some personal touches with our own decorations, the space was already stunning on its own. We couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Its an out of date restaurant that serves a bunch of random, low quality items at very high prices. Patio is nice but that's not unique in Portland.
The bowl I got was flavorless and cost 24 dollars with protein options. Crazy stuff, real ripoff territory. Skip this spot.

Very overpriced. It is $24 for a below average bowl. Very few vegetarian options and they charge extra to convert from beef patty to beyond patty. Would not go back.

I went to Produce Row with some friends for an event and it was such a great time. The drinks & fries were good. We had baja blast Jell-O shots that were also pretty good (as far as Jell-O shots go). The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The event was packed, the music was great and the open ceiling + large fans helped keep it bearable on a hot day. It was a great venue for the event and such a good experience that I plan on returning to dine in during a non-event day with a full menu.

What a great discovery! Loved the vive, music and great outdoor dining space. The food was good too. Maddie, who was our server, made us feel so welcome! We thought she must be the manager.
Great hospitality skills.

Produce Row was my favorite restaurant when we lived in PDX. Just visited for the first time in ~12 years and was not disappointed!

My family and I came to visit from Texas and wanted to find a place to outdoors on a Saturday around 1pm. We found Produce Row Cafe online and decided to eat there, but before we could walk in the door we were told that because we were a party of six (2 adults, 3 children and a infant) there would be gratuity included and checks cannot be split. Despite the unwelcoming greeting, we decided to stay as we were pretty hungry. When we were ready to order there were several food selections that were not available, which made it even more frustrating. Not to mention that we were also the second table that was there at the entire restaurant, so I’m not sure exactly how they ran out of food.
When it was time to close out, I asked if gratuity needed to be included since my three month old child did not eat their food and did not take any space. I was told that it was their policy and gratuity need to be included. There was a 22% gratuity applied to our check and considering that there was hardly anybody at the restaurant and a limited menu we would have thought they would have been a bit more considerate.

We got there and were instantly told about an 3 month old infant counting as a sixth for their mandatory gratuity auto charge. We sat outside which was a nice area. And then told basically that they ran out of the eggs and wings and chicken tenders so we ordered the fancy fries which were good. I then was going to order a brisket sandwich and was told they just ran out of that also. This place had 6 people in it when we got there at 1 and 6 when we left not sure who manages food ordering. Service was lack luster never cleared plates. Was hoping for a better experience based on reviews but this is what we experienced
