Randomly found this place when the restaurant we wanted to go to was booked. I was very surprised that it was inside a hotel. The food was so good with great flavor combinations. And they made an excellent old fashioned and even a fancy mocktail! I would eat here again next time I see a show at the Keller center. And easy walk to the show.
Ducked in for a nightcap, Friday night, place was packed , our server was clearly not having a good evening, but to be fair, she had a lot on her plate. Great whiskey selection, good cocktails and nice vibe for a hotel bar, but pretty loud, almost clubby.

Decided to try my hotel's (Mariott Downtown Waterfront) in house restaurant Proof*Reader after a day of conferencing, and it did not disappoint. Everything was great! From the ambience (80's pop and rock) playing softly. The exceptional service by Frank, AND the food.
