How do I give this spot 6 stars?!
First time in Portland, and fresh off the plane I Googled the best breakfast spot with good food and a good vibe and wow, this place nailed it.
The food? Absolutely delicious. The hash potatoes were crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and packed with that addictive umami flavor. The pancakes went above and beyond my expectations perfectly cook with toppings that took them to the next level.
The latte was perfection smooth, bold, and exactly what I needed, and the staff. Incredible. One of them even wrote us a list of her favorite local restaurants talk about above and beyond!
If you’re in Portland and love paying for quality food, killer vibes, and amazing service, this spot is a non negotiable. Trust me, it’s worth it.

Sorry but this place has to be one of the laziest of coffee shops/restaurants. One example is the avocado toast - which is not cheap - the chef cuts an avacado in half and puts it in half’s on the bread… makes it incredibly difficult to eat. Whose mouth is that big? They leave the toast whole also. Strongly recommend cutting this in half, and actually spreading the avocado. This looks terrible and is in no way friendly to the person eating it.

Not sure it’s worth the hype. Every time I go there I get disappointed with the service either when dining in or taking out. The regular expresso coffee is not the best. Their drip coffee is highly caffeinated in my opinion. I couldn’t get a refill even if I wanted to. Very limited food options. Pastries are okay. The vibe is great tho, with the hype? Not sure

This was in the top 5 best breakfasts I've ever had. The mushroom toast had a mound of a variety of mushrooms with a perfect poached egg. The green hot sauce on the side was great as well. I got a cold pour over that was divine 🤤

We went for brunch when we visited portland. Heard a lot about this place . And it was all worth the hype! Their overnight oats was amazing and every dish we ordered was delicious. We went back to eat oatmeal before leaving to airport! Loved it ! Ambiance was super modern and staff was friendly.

The overall environment is comfortable, the meals are delicious, and the coffee is smooth to drink (the Australian shop is ranked fourth in the world's top 100 coffee shops in 2025). However, the tables are placed quite close together, which may be a concern for some.

This was my first time here and I loved it! The avocado toast with the poached egg was way above average. Their in house made salsa was divine! Sarah was our server and she did a great job helping me decide what to get. The coffee I got was sooooooooooo good! I will definitely be back when I visit Portland soon! Thank you !

I had the oatmeal and the Pacamara Ponderosa pour over. Delightful! The service was also very good!
Vegetarian options: The oatmeal was not what I expected for a vegan option......it was fantastic in appearance and taste! The poached pear, edible flowers, and oatmeal crumble made this a wonderful meal!
