Puddletown Bagels - Bakery & Cafe (SE 82nd Ave. & Malden Ct.)

Puddletown has bad vibes, limited to no vegetarian & vegan options, bad coffee, and a disgustingly messy kitchen. Even the dining area is covered in grime. I wouldn't go near the bathroom, it's gas-station quality overall.

We have eaten here three times and something has been messed up every order.
This last pickup order, they didn't have the correct bagel so they cancelled the order without calling us! They could have easily just called and changed the bagel - when I called the store the woman who answered was rude and not willing to to the easy thing and swap the type of bagel. I have worked in the food industry and know this is an easy fix, she was just being rude!

It should be noted, that the two white people I have seen there seem to be managers and team leads, while the rest of the staff are people of color who don't have any authority. This imbalance of power reminds me of bigots in the South. DON'T SUPPORT PUDDLETOWN
They seem like token Trump voters.

Great local shop, best jalapeño and cheese bagel, the cheese has the best crispy crunch, while the bagel is soft and light in the middle, very well done. Sorry no photo, I ate it too fast

Wheelchair accessibility: There are a few spots in front of shop super close together. No disabled parking, and entrance is sketchy as well for a mobility device

If I could go here every day I would. The bagels are fresh and quality is great. The staff is amazing so kind. One even helped me with my vehicle after my battery died. They are the best

His home has no parking space, where the service attitude to guests is not good. I won't help them next time.

I love their bagels, they're just great!This location is workable, that's really the only downside. Come for the food, don't expect restaurant seating or atmosphere.I liked it better when they had the food cart. The parking at the current location is precarious. Plan on parking at the overflow parking up the street -- it's easier and safer.

I picked up an order through Too Good To Go. They let me pick out 2 variety bags of day old bagels, 12 bagels total. The place smelled delicious and the service was very friendly. Definitely recommend.
