Since I’ve arrived in Portland, I have not received great service. But this place changed my perspective. One of the bartenders made me and my friend feel at home during our time at punchbowl. Finn, an amazing bartender was very knowledgeable about the menu and made sure we knew about any specials happening. Had a great time coming here for the first time! Our main server Jaden was an absolute gem of a human that was so fun and kind, as well as excellent at their job. Always making sure we had enough water and drinks and that we were doing well, and was so fun to interact with as well.
