We ordered 250 pupusas for our wedding, and Pupuseria Miguelena showed up for us!! Not only were they professional and timely in their service, the pupusas were a huge hit--tender and flavorful--and they provided extra sauce and slaw to top it off. Highly recommend to anyone who is hosting an event in Portland or anyone who wants an authentic pupusa experience.
The pupusas are tasty, fluffy, and large, the curtido adds perfect texture and dimension, the yucca is crunchy on the outside and yummily buttery on the inside, the horchata with morra seeds is delicious! This place is just fantastic!
Best papusas I've had in Portland!! It doesn't matter what flavor you get (and they have plenty) because they all are delicious! We ordered a carnitas papusa, mushroom , chicken, and a few other flavors. All amazing!! And the price is great for the size of the papusas!
