Going to start strong with cost effectiveness and ambiance, prices most commonly range from 4.75-8 dollars. Thursdays are all day happy hour, and each drink has over 2 oz of the hard alcohol added! Willing to make tall w/out cost increase. Best lemon drops (I always ask for a lot of sugar since I can't handle the taste of alcohol) and only 3.75 during happy hour, Malibu's are only 5.50!Really nice bartender, gives great suggestions, and is so nice they'll cook fries up until 11:30pm! I always leave a little more than tipsy during happy hour with 11.25 dollars of drinks under my belt (3 drinks). At most, it would cost 15 for drinks and 7 for a full thing of fries. Amazing service and relaxed atmosphere (I usually go around 11pm, but I recommend more than an hour to properly access billiards and other activities). Their music leans into a rock vibe, it's the only bar I've been to that makes me feel 100% comfortable.They have shuffle board, billiards, darts, and video poker. The lighting is darker with many TVs, and a lot of the furniture works amazing with the ambiance of the lighting. Overall 10/10! I recommend this to anyone who leans more introverted, I recommend going early if you want more people to talk to, but otherwise, come within the last 2.5 hours for a more introverted friendly experience. It's also 21+.Make sure to tip your bartender well. They seriously deserve it! (Each time I've gone, there's only been one bartender, I'll update with proper pronouns once I get informed. I struggle with being personal level social until after a couple of visits)

Stopped in for a red beer and satiate a great burger craving. ? Hamburger was delicious and big. Service was great. The bartender was talkative, comical, and friendly. The price was awesome. I got a burger, tots, beer, and conversation all under $20. If you're looking for a friendly neighborhood bar, Putters fits the bill.

It's clean, cute, and quiet. It's got a very friendly feel and vibe. Everyone is nice and make you feel welcomed. My parents live out there, so I stop in this place every now and then to play some video poker and every time I've gone I've had a very pleasant experience. This is the only place I'll go to when visiting just because of the treatment along with the friendliness of the other customers, all together it makes me feel comfortable and safe.

I swung in here to play a board game with friends. The tables were large enough to accommodate all 4 of us and the lighting was good too.The guy behind the bar was nice and the food was ok. Not a lot of gluten free options though.

Hello, Portland people!!!I've driven by this place hundreds of times. There always seems to be a good amount of people here. Not packed, but consistent. I don't drink anymore, so I can't comment on the beer selection, or the mixed drinks.But, I was hungry for a burger, and this place popped into my mind, especially since they are walking distance from my home.I ordered the bacon blue cheese burger w/onion rings, for $14. Not real cheap but I'd say an average price. The cool thing is, they didn't charge extra for onion rings, like so many others do.The burger was an excellent 1/3lb and was really good! The onion rings were good as well.So, if this 1 meal is any indicator, than I'd say hit this place up!
